The St. Augustine city manager's wife Felicia should identify herself when writing to the local newpaper. It seems facts about runners and those riding bicycles in the city should be ignored. There is much drinking and violations of traffic laws by those riding bicycles and driving automobiles in this city. Local politicians have agendas to take cars out of downtown so they and their buddies can use the streets for their hobbies.
