How much tax dollars/incentives has the city manager promised this company? Using the waste water treatment plant should cut the utility rates for residents. Again, the coral company will be able to write off the utility bills These bills are increased every year in this city. Which residents of blighted Lincolville will be hired? Using this neighborhood to benefit a company that no other county wanted to payoff for their business plan is a disgrace. Facts, facts????
