On Friday it was revealed that the FBI is investigating Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) for allegedly sleeping with underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic.
Despite this, when Menendez was given a six-minute interview with Martha Raddatz on ABC's This Week Sunday, he was not asked one question about the investigation or the allegations (commentary follows with full transcript at end of post):
Raddatz began the interview asking Menendez about what Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) had previously said on the program concerning immigration. She followed this up by asking Menendez what he wanted to hear from the President about this issue.
Next, Raddatz asked Menendez about the controversy surrounding the attack on our consulate in Benghazi, Libya, last year - in particular, how he felt Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did during her testimony before Congress last week.
The next subject Raddatz chose was whether Menendez felt Chuck Hagel would be confirmed as Obama's Secretary of Defense.
Raddatz concluded the interview by asking Menendez about the looming senatorial race in New Jersey between incumbent Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D) and Newark Mayor Cory Booker (D).
With a total of six minutes of air time, Raddatz didn't ask one single question about the FBI's investigation of Menendez.
Can you imagine her ignoring such an issue if she were interviewing a Republican? That probably would have been the first order of business if not the entire six minutes.
As such, why the double standard?

I guess Raddatz couldn't find anything else to talk about Menendez about, but....

From Wikipedia:
An effort to recall Senator Menendez was launched in early 2010 by a group of New Jersey citizens.[46] Although Article 1, Paragraph 2(b) of the New Jersey Constitution expressly authorizes such a recall,[47] state officials fought the effort in court.[48] On March 16, 2010, a State Appeals court ruled that the recall petition could go forward.[49] Menendez said he was surprised that a group claiming to be true to the Constitution is trying now, in his words, "to undermine it".[50] Menendez appealed the ruling.[51] Legal experts have debated the constitutionality of a state recall of a federal officeholder.[52][53] On November 18, 2010, the New Jersey Supreme Court found that the New Jersey provision violated the U.S. Constitution.[54]

In 2010, The Wall Street Journal reported that Menendez had written to Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke,[55] asking him to approve an acquisition that would rescue from the prospect of receivership a New Jersey bank, First Bank Americano, operated by Menendez contributors.[56] It was discovered that "eight of 15 directors, including the bank’s chairman and vice-chairman, have been contributors to Menendez or his political action committee."[57] Former federal bank regulator, William Black, called the letter "grotesquely inappropriate" and said that "the letter crossed an unofficial line by asking regulators to approve an application instead of simply asking that it be given consideration."[56] An aide to the senator said that his decision to write the letter was not influenced by political contributions. A highly critical report by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation also found that the institution had engaged in unsafe or unsound banking practices, including operating without adequate supervision by its board of directors, an excessive level of delinquent or bad loans, inadequate earnings and insufficient coverage of its assets.[58][59][60][61]

On December 12, 2012 it was reported that the Senator's office had an unpaid intern volunteering who had let his visitor visa expire and who was a registered sex offender. Immigration and Customs Enforcement had been aware of the man as early as October 2012 but according to the Associated Press, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) instructed federal agents not to arrest the man until after Election Day. Menendez denied knowing about the allegation of the directive to delay the arrest and only recently learned of the arrest. According to two federal officials who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the case, the intern was arrested in front of his home in New Jersey on December 6, 2012.[66][67]

In January of 2013, it was reported that Senator Menedez is being investigated by the FBI for participation in parties with underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic. The Senator's office has denied the allegations, and the FBI will neither confirm nor deny an investigation is in-progress.[68]

When Barry Soetoro was on the beach with Chris Christie for the Photo Ops that helped Barry to get re erected, Bobby Menendez was standing next to Barry on the Beach.

Bobby was under investigation then!

It is so disgusting that the American Sheeple do not care that they are deceived every day, all day, 365, by the "Propaganda Arms of the Demokrat Party that pass themselves off as Guardians of Freedom, as the Press".

Imagine Romney doing a Photo op on the beach with a child Rapist like Demokrat Menendez?

Does anyone believe that the "Propaganda Arms of the Demokrat Party that pass themselves off as Guardians of Freedom as the Press" would ignore it?
Or do we know that as Paid Operatives of the Demokrat Party, the Scumbags in the Media would magnify Romney's associations?

Maybe because the Female Children that Bobby Menendez likes to rape are not American Girls, it is ok?

And the Sheeple say....Bahaayahhayahaha!

In regard to the woman who made the original charges that she had sex with Senator Menendez, supposedly she has now changed her story to that: one, she has never even met Menendez: and two, she had been paid by a lawyer to read a script of made up charges so as to get something on Menendez.

I find this all very confusing, and including since: one, Menendez himself is both a lawyer and a politician, and therefore I figured all along that he was telling the truth when he denied the charges, since I knew that lawyers and politicians do not lie; and two, but on the other hand the woman who made the original charges, but which she has recently retracted, said a different lawyer paid her to lie and make things up so as to make Menendez look bad, and lawyers never lie and/or engage in fraud and/or racketeering, do they.

Can somebody please clear this up for me!!!

Q: By the way, since we are talking about lawyers and sex, what do lawyers use for birth control?

A: Their personalities.

Lets face oit. Some conservative gave the little hor enough money to tell all, and then thr Chicago took the horses head down there , with enough money to change her mind. No one wants to see all of their relatives slain over a few thousand bucks. But it must have been a temptation.

Again, The hooker already recanted and said she was paid to tell that story. And you would know otherwise HOW?
