Mike Flannelly would be an excellent judge. I hope he wins.

I don't know if Mike has the qualifications to be judge. To my knowledge he has no drug convictions or PFA's.

First off, Flannelly IS a GREAT fit for judge. However, Korsak is no help here. Korsak was the solicitor for Curly Hotzapple former Clerk of Courts. The only time you heard from Joe was when it was time to raise funds for Curly's next campaign. Joe, however, enjoyed the perks -whatever they were-for being the solicitor for the office of the Clerk of Courts for York County. Curly lost and apparently so did Joe. Now, he wants to "help" Mike Flanneley. Say it ain't so Joe....Mike can and SHOULD get elected without your help. A vote for Flannelly is the right vote, but Joe asking for it "smells" just a little, at least to me!

If I needed an attorney I'd take Korsack over Flannelly.

Mike Flannelly has received the 'Most Qualified" recommendation from the York County Bar Association in each of the past two elections. Name recognition for his opponents through family members holding office won out over his qualifications in past elections at the polls, to the great disservice of the public. He remains the most qualified for the position.

You are so right. Mike has the maturity and temperament we need in a judge. With some of our current judges involved in mini scandals and poor choices, it would be wise for us to choose someone who has the strength of character to be beyond reproach. Mike is that man.

Mike Flannelly is honest, fair and insightful and is able to look at all sides of a situation to determine a fair decision. Our county needs someone like Mike in the courtroom.

Mike Flannelly should be judge because he did such a great job helping the York County Commissioners use eminent domain a few years ago to take that beautiful land down by the river from the greedy Lancaster developer and the con artist family who claimed to be farmers. The former hero commissioners who led the fight to save it all hired Flannelly as County Solicitor because the guy before him objected to eminent domain and Flannelly supported it all the way. Flannelly led the legal strategy that saved hundreds of acres from cookie cutter houses. And even after the hero commissioners lost due to the land fight, Flannelly quickly switched sides to the new guys and helped them pay off the developer and con artists with $40 million of taxpayer money. Yes, it may be a lot of money but Flannelly did what he had to do. It will be great to have a judge on the bench who understands that using eminent domain is a good thing whatever the costs. Keep Judge Flannelly Judge and Keep Eminent Domain on the table! Go Mike!

Mike Flannelly did his job of County Solicitor so well in representing the County in unpopular cases that he managed to pizz off a lot of voters.
That is why he was twice before rejected by the voters in truly "open" races for the judgeship.
He had to get himself appointed in order to run as "Judge Flannelly".
That's an opinion I disagree with.
A lot of people support and like Honorable Judge Flannelly, just because you think that's the case doesn't mean it's so.
You could say the sky is green that doesn't change the fact that the sky remains blue and sometimes black but never green.
Will he make it? that remains to be seen but perhaps 3 times is the charm.
I hope he wins!
