They are easy to commit and get away with. (CIVIL CASE SEARCH) DOCKET # 2011-000338-15 (All motions filed for Plaintiff filed by ATTORNEY HOBBS)
If you want to commit fraud you can obtain a homeowners policy for a home you dont' own, manufacture items that never exsisted and exageraate there value, make a police report(all for the sake of supporting the fraudulant Ins. claims),pick a victim who is poor so they have no means of defending themselfs against the fraud. alligations, go to Court with the witnesses you've already paid off to swear to your lies, get your judgment and collect your money.

NO YOU MAY SAY. YES IT IS HAPPENING AS YOU READ for more information go to and do a CIVIL CASE SEARCH enter docket # 2012-000641-44.
This man and his family have made a living off frauding agencys you could too.

Mr./ ATTORNEY HOBBS still is owed money though he's the only one who didn't get his payoff in full yet if ever RE; "MOTION TO WITHDRAWL" and it's attachments at the above mentioned site.
Perhaps he should have demanded to get paid in full first. Better luck next time Mr. Hobbs.

I seen a topix for law-enforcment "picking" on College kids
They should arrest my husband for fraud and his attorney who also took part in the known fraud.

If welfare and unemployment had to check and verify every application imagine how busy they would be.
So instead they expect you to tell the truth and if your going to commit fraud what's one more charge for perjury or theft by deception.
So law-abiding citizens pay higher insurance rates because attorneys and there clients can commit insurance fraud and unless someone comes forward with the truth or by chance causes suspicion enough to cause investigation they get away with it.

Perhaps the County will get a policy for the steam engines so when they accidently on purpose have a real or manufactered issue or problem someone can just make a claim and get paid
Heck if people can get policies on things they don't own any way why nomt start now?
