So it you rip off a person for $15,000.00 it's worth prosecuting but if your a scumbag like William Curry you can get a homeowners policy on a home you don't own, submit an itemized list of items that don't exist so the court's can rule it did so you can submit it to the Insurance for the bogus claim.
RE caSe No. 2011-FC-000338-15 and 2012-SU-000641-44.
This guy must have something worth going after like his buisness.
That's sad that only few are target and this is all alleged at this point the William Curry case is a record of fact.

I find it interesting that most people can miss a hearing and the only thing that happens is the hearing goes on without them. Bid Deal so why pick on this man???
Is it because he's a buisnessman????

Perhaps he had a legitimate reason for doing so you are after all innocent until proven guilty.

Someone with power either doesn't like him or wants his money.
Hope he get's a good lawyer

Get a good lawyer dude before you get picked up and settle on your terms never be intimitated by law-enforcment I'm sure any good attorney can manufacture a good excuse for you missing court if you don't already have one!

And don't forget to get an out of county one who doesn't rub dickheads with the Judges or hop under there Bench.

Also, do your home work and stay on the Attorney you don't want someone who will take your money and screw you or your case.

William R Curry got a homeowners policy for a home he did not own and than made up $40,000.00 worth of alleged crap that did not exist. Long story short he got JuDGE KELLEY to rule the shi* did exist and he should be paid for it. HE later submitted it to insurance company for the alleged theft claim.
The only ones who did anything at all about it was the insurance Company not law-enforcment and they didn't even press criminal charges even though the policy and claim are fraudulant. All that happened was the insurance Company filed a Declaratory Judgement against him. Big whoop!
RE: 2011-FC-000338-15 (petition for prohibition of dissapation of non-marital assets)in fact Attorney Charles Hobbs filed these false and manufactured allegations knowingly to the Court and civil case # 2012-SU-000641-44
