My mother swears when we were kids (early-mid 60's) we went to Letchworth SP for the 4th of July and it snowed, honest!

I would much rather have the snow than the tornadoes, earth quakes, hurricanes, and wild fires the rest of the country and world has seen lately.

I'll take snow year round if it means not having to worry about tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamies, earthquakes, forest fires, etc.

That said, I am a Buffalonian on a one week vacation in North Carolina right now. It's beautiful down here. I'll be showin my tan in a few days
