I am very sorry for the loss of someones life in an ACCIDENT...I think that even though this is tragic, I am very sure that it was not intentional in anyway shape or form. If the car was having problems, was is pulled off to the side of the road or in the road? If it was in the road why were people sitting in the vehicle, I can't imagine that it would have been and obviously wasn't safe. Do you know all the circumstances... was the sun in the face of the person driving or where you in the person's shoes while he or she was driving or are you quick to be judgemental and immediately make assumtions on this person and his character. I'm sure that your family is grieving, but if you could take a minute and put yourself in the other person's shoes and feel the pain that he or she may be going through as well you may not be so quick to place blame only on one person. You have already mentioned an Attorney, is it all about money, often now days that is what is wrong with the world as we know it...IT IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL!! I will pray for your family and also for the other person and their family as they will be going through a emotional time as well.

Okay, yes it is very sad that she passed away. But most people know to not work on a car in the middle of an intersection, and exspecially to not sit in the car while it was being worked on. It is a very sad incident.... but think about if u were in his shoes.... u would be wanting everyone to feel sorry for u and think that you werent in the wrong.
