It's odd to see Sean Cota quoted on the wisdom of consumer prebuys, when his firm Cota & Cota sent not one but two letters this summer urging customers to prebuy from them. The letter contained no caution or advice against the prebuys at all.

There has to be some loop hole in the contract. What does it say? That any oil you but will be at X.XX price? But does it say that you have to buy from them?
If not just get some other company to come fill you up!
