County to benefit from agriculture grants

And this supports agriculture how?? This is another example of how the umbrella of the Department of Agriculture money is spent on non-agriculture projects giving ammunition to the people who see just the big number of the departments spending to the "Rich" farmers and want to cut their budget! Why isn't this done thru Housing and Urban Development?? The last thing a farmer needs is an office building and an art school.
