I was trying to figure out if this was a current article. Seems to be. Doesn't the author know that some $50 mil is being spent on the eastern VT corridor right now and by fall approx 1.5 hrs will be trimmed from the trip from Bratt to NYC? I think the ARE doing something about it. There is some good news at last.
