Brian Dubie has maintained his positions throighout the campaign. He is a man of integrity who will make the right decisions for the state. He believes as most that the answer to our budgets woes and hard decisions regarding social services and support is through job creation....that is the ONLY way their can be longstanding results. Make sure you take the Time to vote for Brian on Tuesday.

Mr Shumlin is the last thing this state needs. Lets send Dubie back to Montpelier and Mr Shumlin ....anywhere else !!!

Brian Dubie has no principles of his own. He represents the big-money national power elite who have funded his negative attack ad campaign. If he gets elected, the governor's office will be controlled by the big corporate lobbies rather than the people of Vermont. He talks the talk about job creation, but when you look into the details, there aren't any. He promises gridlock and stagnation.

Peter Shumlin's platform is the most pro-business. By taking the burden of health insurance off of employers, he will turn Vermont into a business magnet.

Vote Shumlin.

"Peter Shumlin's platform is the most pro-business." Typical liberal demcocrat? Just like Shumlin, Pelosi and Obama...you think you can say anything and get away with it because you think everyone else is stupid.

We all know that Shumlin's platform is anti business. How come Shumlin will never answer the question of how Vermont will pay for single payer government run health insurance? He can't because we can't afford it and he knows it. Unless he wants to take the highest business taxes in the country and raise them higher.

How would that be good for business?

The only vote Pinochio should get is his own. Who do you think is going to pay for his health care plan? Tell me who. "FREE" child care for all kids 3-4? FREE to who? Tell me how this gets paid for.

If Shumlin wins, the bright side is he will prove Dubie's points. Then at least the next election or Shumlin impeachment will be a landslide.

We won't have to worry about Shumlin running for governor again if he should get elected. What he really wants is Sanders' or Leahy's job. The governor's job is real work and he doesn't want to work. He wants to talk.

Brian Dubie has proven the following: The man defines the campaign and the campaign defines the man.

Dubie has successfully defined himself as a man of no integrity. When a man says that if the a nuclear plant closes that IBM will leave Vermont, when he knows that's false; he has no integrity.

When a man holds up sheets of paper in front of a roomful of people and declares that it's a list of names of pornographers and drug pushers that will be let out of jail when it is nothing of the sort; he has no integrity.

When a campaign's focus is to tear down the character of the opponent verses talk about issues of importance; the man behind that campaign has no integrity.

Brian Dubie has run the most negative campaign in this state's history and has shown that he is unfit for the job he seeks.

Oh really so what was the list. You saw it obviously. I ask you again who showed you the list and what was on it?

I'm surprised you have finally deserted your member name and are going anonymous since you have made such a big deal about how you thought people who did that were scum. I thought 5000 would be a lucky number for you.

If Brian Dubie doesn't get in, I'm making plans to leave the state. Vermont is going to hell rapidly. How many of you hippie-liberals want to help me pack my bags?

have a nice trip in the mean time Brian Dubie is the better candidate mainly just as he says not like the low life of Putney who is on hie third girl friend while still being married. If your lying at home your laying away. That old "eagles" tune LYING EYES comes to mind while in Montpelier its only a hard on away as he speeds down the Infidelity highway to or fro wife or secretary. almost reminds me of that other tune "radar love" as we have seen in his past. Too many beds and no where to lie Pete.

Forget that Shania. We have only just begun to reclaim our state. We got a late start but there are too many of us talking about the need to get involved and to recover Vermont and restore it to the great place it used to be. So leave that luggage in the closet we need you.

Wonder if Dubie has any more fictitious lists of people to wave around, like Senator Joe McCarthy did in the 1950s, and Dubie did last month at the Bennington debate.

The man is disgraceful. Right out of the Joe McCarthy playbook.

It's the hippie-liberals that we should be helping to pack their bags. I would eagerly help Peter Shumlin pack up! Think we should send him to Utah?

Stanley, there you go again. Dubie never showed anyone the purported list. Its supposed source, the Dept. of Corrections, denies it ever supplied such a list to Dubie or his campaign.

If the list were real, wouldn't it be up to the person claiming it exists to show it?

You have fallen for the most notorious play from the Joe McCarthy playbook. Google "Joseph McCarthy 205 Communist list" to learn a little history on demagogue tactics used by Dubie.

Don't be a dupe for Dubie, Stanley.

If no one ever saw the list then how do you know what was on it. I understand that corrections told Dubie it would be a violation of the prisoners privacy to release the list.

More democratic scare tactics and slander. When democrats are cornered they become like rats in a corner, vicious spitting snarling dirty little creatures. Angry Calhoun? Get used to it this election cycle is going to be very tough on someone who takes it personally like you do.

Stanley, Dubie himself aid the list contained names of people to be released. Its on youtube and you can see it for yourself.

Alternatively, go to the main page of youtube.com and in the search window at the top, enter Dubie, prisoner, list (without the commas). Its the first video at the top of the list.

Don't be a dupe for Dubie!!

If he released the list what are you complaining about? Was the list "non-violent" prisoners or not? Did Shumlin say he was going to release "non-violent" convicts?

It is a moot point since Shumlin had his head handed to him when it came out that the savings would be nonexistent if he released the prisoners. He made the mistake of using average cost per prisoner instead of incremental cost.

Haven't you noticed? Shumlin has dropped that talking point.

Back to the past - the tea-bagger dream. Return to some glory time that in reality never was. Back when old flannel-shirted woodchuck Republicans ruled the state and didn't put up with any of this flatlander hippie nonsense.

Of course people were poor in those days, as many of the remaining shack-dwelling woodchucks still are. If they got sick they went to the pharmacy and then the undertaker if that didn't work. But at least they were "free" from government interference, and they didn't have hippies. Ah, bring back the glory days! Vote against all the politicians.

He never released the list. He just waved around the papers and claimed it contained names. It did not.

Just like Joe McCarthy. A liar and scoundrel.
