What is writen above is pretty far from the truth.... The naked man exposed him self to multple people and in one of the incidences through an open door to his residence....
ONce the citizens saw him through the door the man (while inside) followed the poepole to his giant uncovered window and stood right in front of it.. The window had no blinds on it and the naked man was completly exposed to the public...
Did i forget to say that in front of his corner house is a elementry school bus stop and one of the people that say him naked was a young child walking top the bus stop with his mother....
...... Dont run a story unless you plan to tell the story in a truthful light.......

Perhaps this guy works nights and doesn't want ten screaming kids outside his bedroom window and this was his ploy to get them away from his front'door/ window. I also sleep in the buff & it is very difficult to put any thing on those first 15/ 20 minutes in the morning right after ya wake up. So now the story twists to he was standing there exposing himself in the open door. Give it a week folks and we will have been mowing the lawn in the buff whilst drinking a beer & molesting a kitty cat with a No #.2 pencil.(Don't ask I saw it in a movie)

The weirdo was standing at the OPEN carport door naked and then went in front of a window wearing nothing but a hardhat, and it was at 8:30, not 5:30, when the child was being walked to the busstop. He was fired that previous friday and his roommates even said he was weird and not wearing anything when they got up except for a hardhat.
The news is about as twisted as this guy.
Your information is erroneous, and slanderous. I don't know where you got this story, but you should check your facts; not one credible news organization has verified it, nor have the roommates cooborated it.

I have nver heared of such a thing. He should be free to walk around his home naked. The women should be arrested for being a peeping tom. And then she had the nerve to call the police. She needs help. He shuldn't be arrested. Everyone has that right,!!!

You don't have a clue..........but that's ok, his day in court will come and then the truth will come out. He exposed himself on purpose and the truth will be exposed too.

Right to privacy in your own home???????? You close your shades for privacy, not stand directly in a doorway or in front of the window in order to be seen. What he did was impose himself onto others. I am sure that was a very uncomfortable and unnerving situation for that mother and child. What can an individual like that be capable of doing next.........I would not want me or my children to live near him. Remember one little girl's body was just found in a dump, so I believe the police ARE doing what they feel (knowing ALL the facts) is neccessary.
Whats that pinning it on this guy because he walked around his house naked ? All this is, is a jealous,(because she isn't getting any at home) if I cant get any no one can woman. Move on lady move on. People act as if nakedness is bad or wrong, teach the children it is wrong if you see someone naked!! Lets screw up their minds with this bs. If this was over in Europe it wouldn't even be an issue this is. Now your gonna try and call this guy a child molester all because he was seen nude in his own house. From my point of view this guy isn't whats wrong as much as the people trying to hang the guy for donning his natural garb in his own home. Did you know some people do their praying in the nude , as this makes them feel closer to god in a more natural state. We aren't born with a t-shirt Levis 501's and Nike's ya know.Even if this guy was sick enough to be standing in the window "polishing the bishop so to speak and no one said he was" The cops cant touch him. He is in his home bottom line. It is my personal opinion people should be charged with child abuse as soon as they bring a child into this messed up world , because you are at that point and time exposing a child to danger. Am I wrong? No, is it right, no is it right this guy stands in his window naked ?, No. Is it right this woman lied and said the guy was standing in an open door so the cops could arrest him ? No.

What are you talking about ? A persons home is not considered a public place. It is a private domain. Thats why, you can piss in your own house.

Now I seen it all. From what I have heard all the way here in Australia is that the woman was in Mr Williamson property at the time, using it as a short cut. So she trespassed and like a peeping tom-ett looked in at Mr Williamson naked in his kitchen drinking a coffee.

Goes to show the inadequacies of the law where woman can lay charges for something she was at fault seeing in the first place.

Just a joke this kinda thing happens, not even free in your own home.

This is outrageous! I would sue the county and the woman filing the complaint. I am having difficulty coming up with the proper words to express what I feel over this -- it is a violation of our very basic rights. How could this be allowed to happen? I am enraged over this!

I would normally agree that what a person does in the privacy of their home is their own business. However, I had an instance about 15 years back, where I lived in an apartment complex and my male neighbor across the walk would get up in the middle of the night and open his window and stroll around naked, eventually standing in the window and fondling himself. I noticed it about 3 times in one week. I figured out, even though I had my lights off and my window pulled 90% down, he could still see into my bedroom and was putting on a show for me. (this was during a summer heat wave) Anyway, he began motioning for me to 'come over.' Frightened, I called the police and a policeman came into the backside of my apartment unbeknownst to the neighbor and witnessed the continued acts of this man. He was arrested and convicted, and turns out he had a previous conviction for exposing himself. So, while this man may have been in his home, he should at the least close his curtains, if he truly just wants to be naked in his own home. Unless he WANTS an audience, which is another story entirely.

you have got to be kidding.
why doesn't he sue for invasion of privacy since he was IN HIS OWN HOME.
looks like a suit for invasion for her and a suit against the city for false arrest.

Isn't that why we buy or rent places? to do what we want to do within the confines of out own PRIVATE home.
Unless he was standing at the window and bouncing it up and down and yelling at the woman and kid to look I would say he should be gtting some money from someone over this.

That's a good new perspective. We don't know if he was making a pot of coffee fresh out of the shower, or putting on a show in front of his window. They fail to disclose that information.

This woman should be charged with criminal trespassing and she should also be charged for what ever the charge is called for showing a naked man to a kid. Charge her with that also. Then make her pay for doods lawyer. Think about it, early in the morning if he has the lights on inside the house and it is dark outside he cant see crap in the windows except his own reflection. And I know from self experience I have caught myself looking at myself in the window once or twice, and smiling at the gifts god has given me!!! Is this what caused her to think he was looking and smiling at her please? You know what I mean? He probably had no idea she was trespassing so WTF man. Cant these cops use their heads or do I have to go there and take over the reins myself I may not know the technical terms of all the crimes and charges , but I at least know whats right and whats wrong I was taught that at like 2 or 3 years old even
