This should show people they own nothing anymore there home the car they drive. Nothing the government now owns everything soon they will tell you what doctor you can see and can't see. Welcome to the U.S.S.A THE UNION OF SOVIET STATES OF AMERICA.

They should have arrested the peeping tom instead of the man in his OWN HOME. I've never heard of anything so stupid. This is an outrage that the taxpayer is footing the bill for anything so ludicrous. M.Hendrick

WTF. There is nothing wrong with being naked in your own home. Why was she looking in his window anyways?
Edit: I bet you my left arm and my right kidney she is going to try and sue for irreparable damages done to the child just for the money( I bet you both my eyes that the boy didn't even see anything). Where has this world gone? Down the toilet.

Is there not a "daddy" at HER house? Then I'm quite sure Little Johnny has seen a grown man naked- If not, then he WILL be in for a "shock" one day, when he reaches puberty- Lord help him with a twisted mommy like his, I'm sure he will be SO ashamed, there won't be enough therapy to straighten him out. It sound more like SHE should be the one arrested- Was she in HIS yard? And what the hell WAS this Dizzy MoonBat doing out at 5AM with a child peeping in someone elses windows? Where is DCFS?

Has it come down to this? That we as Americans are told what to do in our own homes. Where is our right to Privacy. We are in other Countries telling others how to have FREEDOM. In this Country we are losing OURS.Why are our Soldiers fighting? It is beyond me, that when we took God out of our Schools and Discipline out of our homes that our Country has gone down hill. Other people need to mind their own Business. Then a Man being Naked in his own home. That kid didnt probably notice. The woman was offended! She needs to get a life.

I heard this on Fox News this morning and was outraged. So far most people have agreed that he should be able to do 'whatever' in the privacy of his own home.
I have to wonder why that mother just happened to be walking by, with her son, peering into the neighborhood windows. How many houses did she pass before she found one that she could report? I do hope there is a countersuit against that sick woman.

I know someone who was arrested and taken to trial because they had been flirting with the woman next door, and when she got mad at him for wanting to quit, she called the police and accused him of indecent exposure thru his bedroom window. They couldn't prove he ever did expose himself, but they still found him guilty, on her word (!), not any evidence, and he has an indecent exposure offense on his record forever! Has not been able to get hired anywhere because of it. I hope this guy in the news can find character witnesses, or something that will help him avoid this thing happening to him, also.

Typical Fairfax police. The police in that county are drunk on power and out of control.

Next time just make sure the curtains are closed.

First of all , like everyone is saying , what was she doing looking into his home. Second of all she must have been looking at him fully dresses. That goes to show that she wanted to get his attention any ways. Also we know now who the neighborhood snitch is MMMMMMMMM..Maybe she should take the kid to her parents house for the weeken and get it on with her husband around the house naked and then she get stop peeping into his backdoor.

If he was naked inside his own House and not posing in front of the window then he I have no issue of it.
Now if the Woman was staring at him should she be a Peeping Tom?
Unless he was Flashing and had an intent then he should be arrested.
Like people get offended seeing someone naked.
Then again I could see the Woman getting offended if it was Matthew McConaughey playing his bongs inside his house.

This is crazy, I do the same thing, sleep naked, live alone, get up make coffee undressed. What is this world coming to? I feel bad for this man. People need to get a grip or hell maybe we are the twisted ones. Just when you think you've heard it all. Leave this man alone, he did nothing wrong.

Why do any charges have to be filed on anyone at all? Why can't they just move on with their lives? Dude was naked in his kitchen, lady was walking down the street...keep moving along people. Don't be ridiculous, too many lawsuits for stupid crap, I'm sick of it.

What has happened to privatcy in your own home? America is getting alittle out of controll, the woman should not have been the noisy to look into the mans window that is his house, not her house. he did nothing out of legal boundries. I did not know it was against the law to walk into any arera of my house with no clothing on. we should focus on much more serious issuses in america than this one.

People need to mind their own business and quit looking in other people's windows. I live in Indiana, and if it would have happened here, he wouldn't have been arrested, because he was in his own home. You can do what you want in your own home here.

The other stories I read stated the woman was walking with her son at 5:30 a.m., and were cutting through his yard, in the darkness, when they saw him through the window in the dark wee hours of the morning.
There but for the grace of God go I!!! I do get up in the wee hours to get a glass of water. Prayers there aren't weirdos lurking on my property with their little children peering in my windows trying to be offended in the wee dark hours.
If this is true 530 am, dark, cutting through his yard, the perp is the woman. lol.
What is she doing out at 530 am with a little kid walking through someone else's yard anyway? He has every right to be naked in his own house. Should have closed the curtains tho - lights on in the house, dark outside, he's on view to everyone.

I don't think anyone should press charges.
This needs to be dropped. People need to focus on the more important things in life than worrying about a man that decided to brew coffee, naked, in the privacy of his own home.

Sure, maybe he could've closed the blinds/curtains --I'm sure he will next time.

It's not like he walked outside to pick up the newspaper laying in his driveway.

So let it go.
