normally do not review a business, but this place changed my opinion. I was so impressed with the care that I recieved that I felt I needed to express my opinion. The doctor was awesome and the staff were amazing. They helped resolve an insurance issue I had which would have prevented me from being examined. The examination was hitech and they helped me pick out the most flattering glasses. These folks are true professionals. This is by far the best eye doctors office I have ever been to. 5 thumbs up.

wow what a great office. I never felt more comfortable in a doctors office. The staff was amazing, they helped me find the pefect glasses. They let me return ones I was not fond of for a brand new pair at no charge. The prices were very reasonable as I went shopping at several other places. The staff was honest and caring and Dr. Budner took his time with me explaining each option. The examination was incredible, they did this xray or something that showed the inside of my eye which helped explain one of the problems I was having. No other Doctor was able to figure it out. I am sending all my family and friends to this office. Imagine, I found this office by luck through my insurance.

I had the worst experience going here. I only went here because my husband goes here as well. The first time I went, I met with Dr. Budner. He seems a bit socially awkward and wasn't very friendly. Dr. Budner had suggested me to take a couple exams there. The next time I came in I was told, the other doctor in the office would do the exam.
I had asked the office associates if my exams would be covered under my insurance and they confirmed yes. I called them in advance and asked them in person at the office and confirmed as well. About a couple months later, I was slammed with a $200 bill to my surprise. I had also called my insurance twice and and looked into the details. They told me if the billing person had submitted it correctly that everything would be covered. She made a mistake on her end is constantly telling her bosses she submitted it correctly when she didn't. Of course, it's obvious that she is trying to cover up her mistakes by telling her bosses that she did everything correctly. I have repeatedly sent emails and voicemails and she just ignores them. I mean really, why is it my job to follow up with her when she is the billing manager? I have never dealt with a doctor's office that is so difficult to work with. Please, please save yourself time and money. If I were you, go elsewhere. My mistake was I didn't check the reviews on this office before I went here.
