Judge grants bond for VCU student accused in deadly DUI crash
A Richmond judge granted bond Monday for the VCU student accused of driving drunk and crashing into another car killing a fellow student, reported Rob Cardwell.

He appears not to be a resident of Richmond and probably is a flight risk. Considering that the judge knows additional charges will be pressed, the judge screwed the pooch.
Bail? What idiot liberal moron judge gave him that small of an amount.
This drunk turd killed an innocent girl. Bail, hell NO!
Liberal judges are more dangerous to America than terrorists ever could be. They continue to release dangerous murderers like this to prey on society.

I try to find the glass half full in everything. Had this been the 9th circuit of appeals in San Fransisco he would have been given the option to sue the person he killed, compensation from the alcohol manufacturer of the beverages he was drinking and replacement vehicle courtesy of the tax payer for the loss of his car.
