Maybe it's not about racism. Perhaps it's about your poor grammar. How are you able to teach young children if you're not fully educated yourself?

Wow, I can't believe the terrible comments! We are not Korean or even Christian, and we have had no problems! I love this place! The teachers and staff are very impressive and easy to work with.

My son's manners and attentiveness greatly increased within the first few weeks of starting there. He even started taking his much-needed naps again. He has severe allergies so it was tough to find a place we could trust but I absolutely feel great leaving him here. They have been very understanding and accommodating.

The facilities are pretty amazing with huge rooms and play-rooms and outdoor space. They have awesome fresh food options with great meals prepared daily. The schedule is flexible and rates are affordable (compared to this region! My child loves his teacher and all of the assistants. We had a ton of support through potty training him. I definitely would highly recommend this place for any parents that are struggling to find care they can trust!

I had a bad experience working here and it's unfortunate because it was my first job right out of college. I'm an African American young woman and I don't want to say the management is racist, but I definitely experienced a culture shock. Based on what I've experienced, Korean women are very hierarchical in regards to age. So, me being 21 doesn't help the situation even though I have more education than most of the employees there. I also know for a fact that I was getting paid less than some of the Korean woman who had the same position as me, no degree, and less experience than me. The kids are awesome though. If you want to work here I suggest having thick skin and focus on your work. My problem is I let the director get under my skin and not stay focussed on the children. I tried to stay as professional as possible, but I can't work in an environment where I'm not met with the same professionalism. Just keep in mind that this daycare is one of the cheapest daycares in Fairfax County so don't expect a lot.
