Clark County Sheriff Gene Kelley OUT OF CONTROL

I just heard on the news tonight that Sheriff Kelley is now going to require all new applicants for a deputy position to furnish their passwords to social networks e.g. Facebook. This is totally crossing the line and has the potential to cause civil law suits against Clark County. This is an invasion of privacy and should not be touched on by any agency for hiring purposes.
I have been law enforcement professional for 18 years and currently a police chief. Sheriff Kelley is going overboard on some of his public announcements in regards to hiring practices. About 3 years ago Sheriff Kelley announced to the media, he would never again hire deputies who had tattoos on their body. What is wrong with this guy and why are the citizens of Clark County letting this man get away with this kind of adverse behavior. Kelley is an elected official NOT GOD. This man is discriminating and now willing to violate peoples right to privacy.
