Is it just me, but, if he burned his brothers residence in 2006, what was he doing not in prison?

If I lived in Springfield, I would be more concerned about living next door to THIS guy than the paroled child molester.

Maybe he should have to get red ARSONIST license plates when he returns to society so all the neighbors know that their homes are in danger.

Look...
I happen to know this situation first-hand. I know these people, altho I would really not admit to it if i didn't have to. The man that burned the trailer down was attempting to keep his brother away from the residence. I know his brother too. He had a meth lab in a camper parked outside of the trailer last year. Tom set fire to the camper where the meth was being made, after he told his brother to leave. Of course, the brother wouldn't leave. He apparently felt justified in torching the camper, which---knowing all of this--who really could blame him???

Then, their mother passed away. The brother then moved into the trailer from the camper, and continued to manufacture meth inside the trailer. Since the police were of little help to remove the brother from the trailer--and saying that it was a "civil" matter, Tom took matters into his own hands and burned the place down. Personally, yes---I think its extreme, but given the circumstances and the scope of the problem, I don't think it was entirely the wrong thing to do at the time.

The brother has an ongoing issue with drugs--even gave up his 4 children for them. The brother has a long history of criminal activity as well. Tom did what he felt was the right thing to do. I am not defending Tom's actions, but given the same playing field, I really can't say what I'd do either....

Just something to think about here is all...

I knew them. Sad situation. Too bad it all had to come to this. Wonder if Springfields finest even investigated the brother for meth, cause through the town gossip I heard it too. He was disturbed himself outside of the meth situation. If it wasn't this it would've been something else. Just sad.Wonder how his kids are, last time I heard not so.... And to the person saying whatever about it isn't lakemore do you know they just took down another meth lab on Mohawk in Sawyerwood last March???

His kids are all doing very well..now that they're away from that family and him! Hopefully they will lean more to the "nuture" side as they grow up, and less to the "nature" side...
