SPRINGFIELD PRICE CUTTERS AND BIESTRO MART grocery stores are owned and operated by RPCS, Pyramid Foods a Missouri Company. The video below is Shocking and should be seen by every citizen in the community before your next visit. For safety reasons I also recommend that you avoid visiting if possible. Due to the many civil right's violations we have asked President Obama to direct the Dept of Justice to investigate RPCS, Pyramid Foods for unlawful acts. We have asked that they speak with all 3000 employees to search for other victims of unlawful acts. Please watch the video and find it in your heart to sign the petition so that we can help protect the public from future unlawful acts.

Informative video, even if it is hearsay (for the 4:37 minutes I watched for). The alleged abuse is horrifying & I am totally against that kind of behavior. Might I make a suggestion? To widen the scope of your audience to your very worthy cause, summarize the video for the purpose of this forum with a link to the lengthy one if they so choose to see it in its entirety. Way too long to hold the attention of the average person. I applaud you for your diligence on this issue & wish you the best of luck in your endeavor!

Thanks my friend, that is a very wise suggestion, I thank you for your time. Its not hearsay though these are the victims, I am one as well so we are going to hopefully help others that may have had similar issues.

thanks my friend I am also a victim as well and also in the video and its great to know that there are still caring people out there such a yourself and I encourage any other victims to contract by email and not to be scared or ashamed your not alone

in order to explain the seriousness out it and how it effected the lives of these people it has to be long and with something like this you can never be to dramatic what if it was you or your loved one

The EEOC and Missouri human rights and FEPA do cover the laws involved. In fact they are the only 3 entitys that legally can apply title VII of the civil rights act, RSMO section 213 ect. Not even a judge can apply these laws without written consent from these entities. The Justice dept houses the EEOC so they are certainly the appropriate entity.

The facts are simple.
A. This company employes a homosexual manager without doing proper reference checks that would have shown he was a danger to the public.

B. AS this homosexual manager started sexually assaulting employees and customers the company ignored the complaints and covered it up.

C. Even after the complaints he was still put in charge of the employees and the customers.

D. When one customer went to the police the company lied and hid the other complaints and evidence.

F. He continued to assault employees and customers.

G. 2 of his victims were minors and so DFS and the school got onvolved , and they lied again and covered it up.

H. Now the EEOC and the Missouri Commision of human rights is involved and they are still failing to cooperate with any investigation or process.

I. This company is based in Springfield and moved to Rogersville a few months ago.

J. They own and operate you local Price Cutter and Biestro.

K. The public should be aware for their own safety.

L. if anyone has or knows someone who has had similar incidents they should call the EEoc if they are an employee, or The Missouri Commission of Human Rights if they are a customer.
