I am the webmaster of the airalex.com website, which was created to display and promote the hobby of 1/144 scale models. I made a page several years ago about the 3MW. To make a long story short, we have been trying for more than one year to get the SPR cops to check that spot at Cox South. Look at the objections they have raised! Nonsense! and it would only cost a couple hundred bucks and about one hour to find out. Shame on the SPD. Shame.

I think I know who did this. I had a guy confess to me while I was in jail in texas. I never paid much attention to what he had to say cause, what did I care he was a convict to me. I was just a colege kid broke as hell sitting out his traffic tickets on the weekends. This guy seemed serious though, was really detailed in his story as to what happend and why this happend to these women. This was 11 yrs ago, I was 19 at the time. The craziest thing is, he even said where he and his other 2 partners barried em at. Never gave it much thought, but I saw him in the news 3 months ago for murdering a guy and his wife and it turns out it was a contrct killing. I totally freaked. A couple of months have passed and I remembered the story he told me so I looked up 3 missing females from springfield missouri in 1992 and I was totaly shocked to find this mans story was totaly true.!!!! I have not slept right since.......... I live in dallas texas and

Wasn't it rumored that Gerald Carnahan confessed to the killings of the three missing women to the woman who bailed him out of jail years ago for the Jackie John's murder?

Supposedly he buried them under the church at Hwy 65--the old James River. Is this just rumor? Can't they go into that church with dogs or something?

Dear Hoss.... The guy who confessed....said that the two people that helped him...where a guy, and a girl, right? I was the same age as you at the time. I believe it was two guys, and a girl....and that one of them, knew them.(The girl knew them, too...but didnt like them at all) thats what I believe anyway. I have my own reasons for believing this.I also believe....the mother and daughter were killed before Stacey, and that a couple of days after, Stacey as well. Is that what this inmate told you?

I had an aunt that was reported by her husband as an abduction in June, 1993. The story goes that the two of them were at Balmorhea State Park in west Texas for some rock hunting that they enjoyed.the husband went one way and she another and when he couldn't find her authorities were called in. the Lake was checked also for her body. Is it possible she was never there and was killed somewhere else? Maybe she never left the old farm in Tokio, Texas near Brownfield, Texas.??

It has now been 15 years and all the weeds and wetlands surround the old farm house are engulfed. Maybe by now the house has burned down. It is still owned by my uncle.

This story is amazing to me.

I haven't read anything in years about it, but to have three adult women, be taken from/or leave from a home, on a public street during the night, with a person/persons unknown and disappear without a trace is ..like science fiction stuff.

All these years, no additional clues. No witnesses. No evidence crops up.

Troubling.

This crime ha become an obsession with me. I do believe the police are missing a very important clue. I have gone through all of the information that is available to me for many years and I know that an Eagle of some sort is connected with this crime.

Their friends went to the home the next day, and cleaned up the broken glass, and other evidence that made it very hard for police to solve crime. I remember this well, because I had just moved to Spfd, and I was terrified to let my children play in the front yard for a long time. They just "disappeared", evidently professional killers....but I think anyone that has knowledge of crime should contact the FBI, as they were involved in search for some reason that I cannot remember. Horrible time for many parents, as Spfd was still a nice town at that time.

__________

Friends???

So they determine the women are missing/not able to be contacted (next day) go to the home and find broken glass ( and who knows what all )...

and rather than call the police ...they start
cleaning up? Amazing.

If I recall, one of the women's (the moms?) handbags were still there, in the home.

And the " Friends " thought nothing of straightning up, before notifying the police???

I'm speechless. Had never heard that story.

Hoss, could you give more detail as to what this guy you were in jail with told you? Where did he say the mother, daughter and friend were buried? Why were they abducted? Thanks.

Here is a more detailed overview of those events in Springfield....check these websites out...

http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/s/streete...

Another website that I'm having a hard time locating also mentions that a friend of both Suzannr and Stacy who was there to check up on them was barefoot coming to the front door and swept up the glass not realizing that evidence was being tampered with..
