Critics oppose Springfield, Mass. wood power plant

Residents opposed to a planned wood burning power plant in Springfield are calling on Gov.

"The group is planning to hold a press conference on Wednesday ahead of an evening meeting by the Springfield Public Health Council devoted, in part, to hearing from residents concerned about the plant".

It may not do any good. The Springfield Public Health Council is a rubber stamp, yes man/woman council of what the power-brokers want.

The hearing is nothing more than a show.

These tree hugging liberal enviromental-cases are completely without any credibility. They oppose every proposition for the use of alternative energy sources that is ever proposed. They simply want this country to continue to purchase oil from nations that train, give sanctuary to, and export terrorists to this and many other countries. We should be as energy independent as possible. The LSD's (liberal socialist democrats) want us forever beholden to the middle east mafia.
