Police in Wisconsin have arrested a man who was being sought by Massachusetts police after allegedly stealing a car from a West Springfield auto dealership and kidnapping a salesman.

Grand theft auto, interstate transportation of a stolen vehicle, and kidnapping?
Why isn't the FBI involved in this investigation, and don't at least some of these crimes carry federal jurisdiction?

yup not very good police work--they knew the kind of car---the color of car---the dealer plate number and he still made it all the way to wisconsin. maybe we should pay the cops a little more money for not doing their job proficiently
