I don't blame good people who take off with their children when dcf monsters try to put them in nasty homes or take them away from grandparent to give mothers just another chance to screw up or even kill their kids I know dcf lies so much about alot mostly to cover themselves.how many times should a mother get a chance to hurt their own kids also how does a mother put kids in an unsafe car when she does drugs falls asllep at the wheel get her kids back and dates a known drug dealer? This is just another horrible situation
It works the other way to. DCF evil perverted lying monsters steal children from mothers and give them to evil lunatic monsters who have screwed up their own kid. DCF monsters allowing a lunatic monster to continue the cycle of abuse onto an innocent beautiful child.

It is obvious that we are not getting the whole story here. Of course DSS makes every attempt to find suitable relatives to take care of children that have to be removed from the home for one reason or another. DSS has to respond to all reports of abuse. That is their function. Their mandate is to keep children safe and to support families. I think it is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to the welfare of children.
It's obvious that you are a liar or that you know nothing about how diabolical these DCF monsters are.

You can actually view part of the video of the father volunteering his children to the interviews as long as it is videotaped while Ms. Nietsche laughs at him and walks out at http://www.BerkshireHorror.com/Civil_Rights_A... and scroll halfway down the page to play the video.
It's interesting that Heather Nietsche said "DSS doesn't do video" in light of the fact that DSS Commissioner Angelo McClain distributed digital cameras to ALL DSS social workers in October. See article in Patriot Ledger http://www.southofboston.net/specialreports/r...
Her refusal to record the interviews was clearly not consistent with DSS policy and was one of the escalating decisions in this matter.
DSS/DCF are monsters and liars. It doesn't surprise that those DCF monsters don't want video documenting their monsterous behavior and capturing their lies.

DSS is notoriously inept at caring for children - Abuse of children in DSS custody is rampant. 79 of 100 children who die each year in Massachusetts are in DSS custody. Two thirds of children in the care of DSS are being administered psychotropic drugs. In Massachusetts, DSS has knowingly approved scores of convicted criminals to be foster parents, including child abusers, drug dealers, habitual drunk drivers, kidnappers, armed robbers and other violent offenders. Recently, a foster care mother was indicted on second degree murder in the death of a four year old child in foster care. A Massachusetts legislative committee concluded after a 5 month investigation that children in state care were often worse off than they were in the original homes from which they were removed. The National Coalition for Child Protective Reform published a study of 15,000 children that concluded that foster care is much more damaging to children than keeping them with their families. Massachusetts DSS is infamous for ignoring reports of abuse within their own care and even harassing individuals who criticize their system and methods, while being vociferously aggressive in their pursuit of children from their natural parents.
Massachusetts is far more likely (over 30% more likely) than most other states to remove children from their homes. The median length of stay in Massachusetts DSS foster care is 15 months.
A recent New York Times article tates “Massachusetts Foster Care Shaken by Abuse Cases” and confirms that 20% of 13,000 children in foster care have been in temporary placement for more than four years. Over half of these children have been moved from home to home. Alec Gray, DSS Counsel stated that “By law, it’s unclear whether the child’s best interest is the state’s top priority”.
DCF does ignore reports of abuse and does harass individuals who criticize them for ignoring reports of abuse.

Hardly a day or week goes by without a legal notice in the paper regarding the confiscation of someone's child by the DSS/CPS. I'm sure it is the same across the commonwealth since they are funded thousands of dollars for EACH child they grab.
Statistically, children face an equal or greater chance of abuse and even molestation after having been placed in foster homes. Also, they are very often put on (sometimes multiple) behaviour modification drugs unnecessarily.
While my own knowledge on the subject is sketchy, you can find links to much relevant info on this subject at
http://www.infowars.com/index.html
It has a search feature which will allow quick finding of articles and links on the subject.
And the sins of abuse against innocent childred in foster care will continue.

DSS and the Kids' Place need to be exposed for what they are. I have some knowledge of their tactics. They do presume (with no evidence) that abuse has happened. Then, they choose an alleged perpetrator (usually the father), and go about proving it. They keep any flimsy evidence that supports their theory, while discarding any exculpatory evidence. If DSS and the Kids' Place manage to get ahold of the kids, they will brainwash them into believing their dad did horrible things to them. Children are very susceptible to suggestion, and these evil "child savers" are masters at this game. I am very happy that Mr. Piccone got his children out of the US. The Kids' Place and DSS are evil-doers who need to be exposed and shut down. They have already ruined the lives of too many innocent Berkshire County families.

OFF-DUTY COP RESCUES MAN FROM BURNING CAR, A 'CHRISTMAS DAY MIRACLE'

A bomb squad officer on his way to work and two civilians helped PULL A TRAPPED MAN FROM A BURNING STATION WAGON ON THE NORTHBOUND 405 FREEWAY IN SHERMAN OAKS ON WEDNESDAY, SAVING HIS LIFE, AUTHORITIES SAID.

Los Angeles Police Department Officer Don Thompson was southbound on the 405 on his way to work in the LAX area just before 2 p.m. when he saw the station wagon traveling on the northbound side crash into the center divider near the Ventura Boulevard exit, said LAPD spokesman Lt. Andy Neiman.

Thompson pulled over to the center median on the southbound side, jumped over the guardrail, opened the door of the car AND SAW A MAN IN HIS MID-TO-LATE 60S UNCONSCIOUS IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT.

"THE FIRE WAS STARTING TO SPREAD INSIDE THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT," NEIMAN SAID. "HE WAS ABLE TO CUT THE SEAT BELT WITH HIS KNIFE, PULLED THE GENTLEMAN OUT OF THE VEHICLE, AND TWO CITIZENS WHO ALSO STOPPED CAME UP AND ALSO ASSISTED IN PULLING THE DRIVER FURTHER AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE."

THE CAR WAS FULLY ENGULFED IN FLAMES SHORTLY AFTERWARD.

The driver, who has not been identified, was transported to a hospital with moderate injuries, officials said.

Thompson, who wasn't on duty yet but in uniform, sustained first- and second-degree burns, abrasions to his hands and knees and suffered from smoke inhalation during the rescue. The 26-year department veteran was treated at the scene and then taken to an urgent care facility for his serious injuries.

"NOBODY WOULD HAVE SURVIVED THAT VEHICLE BASED ON WHAT THE (LOS ANGELES) FIRE DEPARTMENT OBSERVED WHEN THEY ARRIVED," Neiman said. "It truly is a Christmas Day miracle. It's the best gift that Officer Thompson and the gentleman in that car could have received that day."

Just get them talking

Nov. 5: Detectives Gerard Winward and James Poulos questioned two males suspected of gunpoint robberies of iPhones in the 35th District. One of the perps was charged with a single robbery; the other admitted to five others - and to the rape of a 16-year-old girl.

Summer 2013: A team of officers from the Major Crimes Unit worked with officers from the 2nd District to nab a duo suspected of stealing "Chrysler-type" vehicles from the parking lots of hospitals, including (for shame) Fox Chase Cancer Center. In custody, one of the men confessed to stealing 35 vehicles in the Northeast. As a result,$150,000 in stolen property was recovered. Hats off to Sgt. Dan Buckley, detectives John Logan and Steve Kershaw, and police officers James Campbell, Chris McCue, Anthony Glaviano and Kevin Doerr.

DCF are vindictive vicious monsters, and they do ignore complaints of cruel physical and emotional abuse of children at hands of DCF approved monsters. DCF monsters with the assistance of corrupt bias courts abuse and eliminate family members who cares about their children. There's no doubt children are terrorized into silence by DCF's approved monsters.

HEROIC COPS SAVE BLIND WOMAN FROM FLOOD WATERS

911: Where is she?

Caller: About four foot underwater.

Monday night the hero officers who made the save spoke exclusively with CBS 12 News.

When the rain came down hard Thursday night and continued into Friday there were serious consequences for places like Boynton Beach.

"The whole city was basically underwater," said Officer Evan Esteves.

Drivers were stalling out by the hundreds, police officers were closing down streets trying to keep some kind of order in all of this.

But during the middle of one of the most hectic shifts in a long time, officers Evan Esteves and Rocky Zavattaro saved the life of a blind wheelchair-bound woman.

It started with a call for help around 5 oclock Friday morning.

The officers returned to the area to talk about how it all went down, when every second mattered.

They helped a homeless woman stuck in flood waters in a wooded area along SW 8th Street in Boynton Beach.

We're told that the blind handicapped woman rescued is likely still in the hospital or at a shelter recovering.

"HERO COP" MAKES SECOND RESCUE JUST DAYS APART

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8)- Just days after he helped save a family from a raging apartment fire in Clairemont, a heroic San Diego police officer is at it again.

This time, officer Zach Bradley pulled a suspected drunk driver out of her wrecked vehicle. An SUV flipped over and hit a natural gas meter on the side of an apartment building in Clairemont.

It happened just hours after Bradley wrapped up a press conference where he spoke about rescuing a woman and her two daughters as they jumped from a second-story building engulfed in flames Tuesday morning.

SAN DIEGO (CNS/CBS 8)- A San Diego police officer who helped two teen-aged girls and their mother trapped on the second story of their apartment building to escape during a raging fire Tuesday morning is being heralded a hero.
