Teens die in Southwick crash, 1 was underage driver

Two 14-year-old boys have died in a head-on crash in Southwick and police say one of them was behind the wheel.

I'm waiting for the parents to start suing each other or for the parents of the driver to be brought up on some sort of criminal charges. I don't advocate either, but would not be surprised if any one of these things happened.
