Vintage homes are superior in structure and aesthetics. It would be such a shame for them to be demolished.

I agree with both of you. They are beautiful homes with lots of woodwork that you don't find in new home construction anymore. Even things as simple as handrails have more character than the simple pine poles used now. Restoration of these homes should definitely include a restoration clause that will maintain as much of the original character of the home.
