I hve to find an address for charles lee hardesty. I am the mothr of his youngest and im trying to hve my sons last name changed and rights taken away, and he has to sign papers. My son nor I have heard a word frm this man in YEARS, and he does NOT pay child support. So if anyone has ANY info on him, id really appriciate it. Thank you

I don't blame you for wanting to change your son's last name. He will not want to be associated with a loser who doesn't accept responsibility for his own flesh and blood. You can change his name and still demand back chils support. Just do it!

Besides I heard its bn yrs snce hes had a job, so he wont b able to pay. and trust me, he wouldnt care to spend the rest of his life in prison. Hes used to it. Also, if I take rights away I dnt think im entitled to anythng, whch is so ok w me.
