Just found out that the man who stole my stuff will not have to return the items to me.

He was sentenced for 4 years in prison.

But a letter from the States Attorneys Office tells me that he will only serve 120 days in a boot camp.

He is a repeat offender.

He can't afford his fines, so the court waived the fines.

What is wrong with Illinois?
