Lets take this from Quinn's pay. He has a whole lot on his desk that he needs to sign instead of playing around and spending money we don't have.

better yet get Quinn out of that office, he is incompetent for the position......he will never get my vote......he definitely is for the rich man and does not do his suppose to be JOB....good ole State Of Illinois crooks...
