one more thing,General Robert E Lee would be ashamed of your poltics, and seriously doubt that you know much about him.For example, how high did he graduate in his west point class? And what was the name of the grey mare he rode during the war?I would hope you answer these in a few minutes or I'd suspect you looked them up in a biography.also, you do know he was a democrat, right.

So after all those years you are closing it down and putting ALL those employees you brag about out of work. After all those years and all that work, your business has NO value. Job well done.

(you are also dead wrong about Obamacare being the largest tax increase, but coming from you thats not a surprise)

I have a business with 21 employees and because of Obamacare we stand to get a 35% credit for furnishing health insurance to our employees so I welcome the new year.

I don't think so. Have you read the provisions? It is designed to help small business by requiring ALL individuals to have insurance.

Most people commenting have no idea what the bill encompasses, only what they have been told.

If you think the Obamacare will help small businesses, you are seriously mistaken.

I know it will help with our healthcare costs at my business.

At least according to my CPA whom I trust more than your drivel Aggie.

You worry about your business and I will take care of mine.

Have fun figuring out how many hours each of your employees worked and performing the 15 different calculations, which are based on seven different worksheets you have to fill out - to determine what you can claim.

If this only impacted your business and the businesses of the other poorly informed people who voted for Obama, I wouldn't care. Unfortunately, we are all going to suffer because of this power grab by the Democrats on behalf of bigger government.

Well, Aggie knows a CPA who has read the law and been CFO of several companies that says your CPA is likely mistaken, but there's a few intangibles that would need to be analyzed first.

I've read the provisions. You seem to think it's going to be a walk in the park. Step back and watch.

Seems to me that REQUIRING something usually costs more than something that's not required, but that's just me...

It's a strange thing to me that a lot of people "think" they are smarter than "Obama" about running the Country, yet "Obama" was smart enough to easily win the "Presidency" twice and still a lot of people still think they are "smarter". Where does this really put you? Just helping you find your real place in the relm of things. Duh?

Your supposed workforce has to average $40,000 a year to qualify for a 35% tax credit. After two years the credit will no longer be available. 21 new taxes will be enacted to pay for your good fortune. In other words others are forced to help finance your business. Socialism is at work and you love it.
