Since we have you on record saying some very inflammatory things - like anyone with white hair is a commie who smokes dope and engages in sexual adventures with gerbils, maybe you want to try to explain how you can claim to be pro -American.
Nice try on the spin.
You have ME on record as posting what you claim in the above paragraph???? You most definitely have a problem with honesty. THAT explains a lot.

No spin from me. You conveniently are trying to deny what you have previously posted.

Hi, Syn,
Well, I see that IO completely ignored your question and then accused YOU of "spinning" the subject - projection much??? But yeah, I guess according to his myopic vision, 88% percent of the workers of this country are "scabs" -(hate writing that ugly and ignorant word). Hope your weekend was a good one.
The word "scab" is another example of the downright uglyness of the unions.

I've had a great weekend. Hope you have, too.

Early indications show that ObamaCare is going to do exactly what it was intended to do.

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/05/27/opinion/kru... ;

No doubt there will be problems, as there are with any large new government initiative, and in this case, we have the added complication that many Republican governors and legislators are doing all they can to sabotage reform. Yet important new evidence — especially from California, the law’s most important test case — suggests that the real Obamacare shock will be one of unexpected success.

There are many reports about the Republican party trying to "re-invent" itself to appeal to more voters.

Maybe they should actually try working for America rather than against her.

Isn't that an opinion piece? "Indications show"? lol If one is going by indications, um....no. It's going to be REALLY ugly. You read ONE (opinion) article recently that supports Obamacare. Care to respond to the MANY articles that say it's going to be a disaster? Again, if a conservative had come up with that debacle and ESPECIALLY passed it the way it was passed, you libs would be in strait jackets. Perhaps the LIBS should try representing what's best for America instead of pushing their socialist agenda.

We are the Right Wing Wackos.

- We took a budget surplus and created a $1.4 Trillion Dollar annual deficit.

- We created a $6 Trillion Dollar debt for three unnecessary wars which weakened America everywhere in the world.

- We have tripled the national debt under Ray-Gun, and doubled the national debt under Bush.

But, trust us to balance the budget.

After all, who are you going to believe, us or those damn pesky facts.

Most real down to earth Democrats are hating and fearing Obamacare. C'mon, we all know this.

It turns my blood cold to see how many Communists we have on this tiny little board. I know their numbers are growing in this country, but this is just frightening to see on here.

Which leads me to this;
I think 'they're' just playing with us. Just to sound different. Just to argue. Just to have a reason to bring their anger and superiority issues in here and smash and burn.

We'll never have real discussions with them because they aren't here for that. I'm choosing to ignore and talk to the sensible folks here.

We are the Right Wing Wackos:

We were in charge when 3,000 Americans were killed and the WTC destroyed.

We have the weapons and the money to finance Osama bin Laden to help keep the Soviets from destroying Al Qaeda and the Taliban.

We started three unnecessary wars that continue today.

5,000 American Troops came home in body bags thanks to us.

We left Iraq, Pakistan, and Afghanistan in shambles with rulers more Anti-American than when we started.

Thanks to us, Iran, our enemy, is now Iraq's close ally.

Please trust us to manage wars and foreign affairs.

We all know they're hijacking our children in school. Homeschooling is THE only way to go unless a family can afford private school. Our children need to be taught our values before it's too late.

Here's an sadly honest video of a teacher resigning from her beloved teaching career. We need more of her but what can only a few brave ones do?

LMAO, you are so clueless and uneducated in SO many ways...You should have had your Wheaties before posting...
"If I recall correctly you have bragged many times about being in management in the health care business, I believe at a hospital."
I haven't worked in a hospital in around 18 years.
I AM proud of what my employers have accomplished. Several of our "early" employees at the last company made into 7 figures in stock/option payouts. EVERY employee at that company had option they made a profit on. Our original investors had over a 40x return on their investments. YEP, I am PROUD.
"While you are off on your golf trip to Vegas"
Your "cheap shot" anger about me enjoying I trip I've earned is duly noted. Grow up.
"A place where competition you also believe to be a foundation of our country is nonexistent."
If you don't believe there's competition between hospitals, you're not worth the time or effort to have a "conversation" with. Likely the only hospital not competing for business is Grady in downtown Atlanta, but (assuming you know how to operate a radio and/or TV) there seems to be a lot of ads for them in the Atlanta area media.
If hospitals don't get patients and make money (a pretty damn good reason to contain costs, one with any common sense would think), they will be out of business or have to severely reduce services.
"A place where shopping for the best deal is just not allowed, they say its not possible."
If a woman wanted a boob job (or another fairly "simple" elective procedure not covered by insurance), they can shop around can't they? Heard any ads for Lasik or any other eye procedures lately?
"A place where management pays 50 thousand dollars for a bed."
I don't recall hospital beds costing that much, but they're used for many years. Perhaps you could research and provide a link showing the cost of a hospital bed (not all the electronic attachments) rather than picking a number out of your clueless butt...
" with the job.”
I am. Thank you. I’m very fortunate to be in the situation I am, but I worked my ass of for it, too. You could do the same, too. Why don't you?
Again, proving you are nothing but an arrogant ass. Why should I prove anything, you never do. You can take the time to look it up,$50,000 beds and all its fact. If you think hospitals make any attempt to "contain" costs, you haven't had to use one. They do a great job of treating illness, but a poor job of treating people fairly. The vast majority of business at any hospital is NOT elective surgery, never was, never will be and that's all you are talking about. MY main point is your arrogance in putting down people in Unions for making a decent wage, at the same time you brag about doing the same damn thing! You are a disgrace to the human race, no matter how cool you think you are, you ain't.

As for the put down on my work ethic. I am 63 and still running my business every day, I like to work. I also know for sure I have more assets than you and when I die I will know I didn't have to put other hard working middle class people down all the time to feel good about myself. I also don't feel the need to tell people all the time where I am going and what I am going to do or how much money I have made, but you do it all the time, you pitiful pile of manure.

"The higher pay of union jobs represents nothing more than an unfair tax on consumers."

Interesting no one has been able to debate or refute the above comment nor others ones by Mr. Conard.

Also interesting that the clueless and uneducated wouldn't look at it and say union members should take "less" to benefit everyone. Nope, the rich should pay more in taxes
Hypocrisy?
Bill in Dunceville continues to beat this dead horse, forgeting that management salaries and compensation are also part of the cost of production and an unfair tax on the consumer, just as any regulations that protect worker safety or the environment are an unfair tax on the consumer.

We are the Right Wing Wackos:

We believe your children's health and their very lives should depend on your personal wealth.

We believe that healthcare executives and stockholders should use your children's health, and their very lives, as a profit making opportunity.

We believe it more important that the CEO of United Healthcare be paid $1 Billion Dollars to be fired, than those premiums paid by parents be used to keep children healthy and alive.

Unlike the rest of the industrialized world, we worship the God of unregulated Capitalism, which demands sacrifice, even if that sacrifice might be your children.

Unlike the rest of the industrialized world, huge numbers of our children are uninsured, live with chronic illnesses and die needlessly, because we view all things as profit making opportunities.

(Except Medicare, and the VA, which we all agree is Socialist, but which are very expensive and the insurers want the government to insure anyway).

Please, trust us to manage your children's health care dollars.

Please trust us to continue to dump the uninsured on your shoulders.

Please trust us to deny coverage and increase premiums so we maximize profits (that's are job).

Please continue worshipping our God, unregulated capitalism - and sacrificing your children in his sacred name.

If you don't, then like the rest of the industrialized world you're going to Hell, because your too damn smart ........er......... a Commie.

Or you can look at the bigger picture discussed in the article below. Rates are going up, employers are dropping coverage, full time employees are being reduced to part time, cost estimates keep going up - all the things that Obamacare opponents warned about are happening. Those of us in the real world knew that a bureaucrat cannot just declare with the wave of a pen that "now everyone will have healthcare and everyone can keep their own doctors and everything is going to be butterflies and roses and not cost you any more money." There are real world facts and figures that bureaucrats know nothing about and yet they think they can just wave a magic wand and "poof" - all better. Well, as usual, it is "all worse."

http://news.investors.com/032113-648891-obama...

And if Obamacare is so wonderful for everyone, why is it that as of February, over 1,200 waivers have been granted by the Obama administration - mostly to labor unions - well, isn't that special?

And after the IRS scandal over targeting organizations that dared to "criticize the govt", are we really supposed to have faith that the IRS will also oversee Obamacare with complete impartiality and integrity?

Oh, and by the way - all those rosy estimates about California are dependent upon the participation of young people, if they "opt out" - it will be a disaster.
"Still, getting young adults to buy insurance won’t be easy, Levitt warns. The financial penalty for not having coverage next year is fairly small —$95 or one percent of income, whichever is greater. Also, fears abound that young people’s premiums will skyrocket because the health law limits the difference in price between plans for the young and old."

California is such a mess. Don't think I'll judge by their results. On a personal level, I am already feeling the sting. My friends are as well.
Again, that was an opinion. I bet someone else could use California as an example and write an article with opposite results. Heck! Even a dem said it was going to be a mess. Of course, he has been kicked out of the smoke and mirrors club now. Play that fiddle, Grasshopper.
