Speaking of Sherlock, perhaps YOU should pay attention. What makes you think I was referring to YOU, hmmmmm? Switching Id's has happened many times on Topix. A few have even admitted it. That is mainly why some don't register. Apparently, it's easier to switch if you aren't registered.

Big Corporations Won't Be Sweating the IRS This Year
—By Stephanie Mencimer| Wed Apr. 17, 2013 3:00 AM PDT
http://www.motherjones.com/mojo/2013/04/irs-c...
...According to a new report by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, in the current fiscal year, the IRS plans to devote 18 percent less effort to auditing companies with more than $10 million in assets than it did just two years ago. The agency has seen a $1 billion budget cut in the past year, and all of this comes before the effect of the sequester, which will slash $600 million from its budget this year. The IRS also projects that the amount of time available for specialized agents to conduct these audits will drop 14 percent as well, thanks to staffing cuts.
While the amount of staff time devoted to auditing the average Joe has gone up 62 percent since 2011, it's fallen nearly 30 percent for corporations. The IRS's workforce today is 23 percent smaller than it was in 1992, even though the number of returns filed has gone up 27 percent over the same period, according to TRAC. The acting IRS commissioner testified before Congress on April 9 that the agency is down 10,000 employees compared to what it had during the 2010 tax season....

You really do have a comprehension problem, I never said you were referring to me, but I did relate my usage of my user name. Sure people use sock puppets, it's an excellent method to avoid being stuck to a stated position, and to create false support for a position.

When you've completely run out intellectual ammunition the last refuge of defense is to resort to ad hominem attacks on your opposition. You don't have any logical or defensible positions left so just call them "doo-doo heads" as opposed to saying anything useful at all.

Perhaps we should start by cutting out welfare, free phones, section 8 housing, food stamps, free medical care for Medicade first, since these people have paid nothing or very little into the system at all. Lets take away from those that have invested nothing into anything but sign their names to government giveaway programs.

Great -

Let's start with anyone whose collected Social Security over 15 years. Statistically, they have already collected over 3X what they have paid in - they're socialist parasites.

Then let's cut off anyone whose collected over $100K in Medicare benefits - there's no way they paid anywhere near that much in Medicare taxes - they're socialist parasites.

Then let's cut off any farmer receiving crop price supports or loans. Those farmers - they're big socialist parasites.

Then let's take back the money from anyone whose bank was merged and protected by FDIC - why the hell should my tax money protect those so stupid they put their money in unsafe banks - they're socialist parasites.

Then let's cut off anyone whose kids have been born ill or handicapped and we've paid for their crumb crunchers medical care, surgeries, rehabilitation, etc. Why in hell are you having handicapped or sick kids if you can't afford a few million in medical bills. Not my problem you socialist parasites.

Then anyone in Union County whose kids get free breakfast or lunches at school - I didn't have sex with your old lady - feed your own damn kid - they are huge socialist parasites ( and also a majority of kids in Union County Schools).

Agreed that anyone getting Medicaid just ought to crawl into a ditch and die. it's not my fault your sick and dying and poor. Not my problem you socialist parasite - try to die in a convenient location.

But whatever we do, let's not cut off any of the $ 1 Trillion Bucks we spend on guns, planes, and things that blow up, and welfare for corporation. Corporations are people too, and welfare for them is fine. Exxon - Mobile and Goldman Sachs deserve every dollar we give 'em.

Now let's work on those socialist parasites hanging at the VA clinic. We paid them just like we pay secretaries at the Courthouse when they worked for us - and the secretaries don't expect a Secretary Administration give them healthcare- we don't gotta support those socialist parasites.

You are beginning to sound like me. Oh no. I wrote a five page satire of what the county, city and utility company are saying to me. It is only funny though if you have the facts and read their letters.

Are you for REAl??? You obviously have NO idea how much money is spent on the programs you mention. A lot of these people don't pay income tax because they don't earn enought at the jobs they work at every day. The amount of money you fret over is a drop in the ocean compared to what old folks draw from the Feds. Old folks cash their checks and let our grandchildren pay the bills and then go on vacation. The same old folks that are sucking this country dry also pay almost no income tax. Take time to look at the numbers before talking about things you don't understand.

Love how you libs are either ALL or NONE!

The difference between libs and conservatives: If the conservatives don't like it, they do something else. If the libs don't like it, they want to SHUT IT DOWN.

You argument is silly and incorrect. It’s a FACT that libs as a group are better educated than conservatives. Fact is most conservatives are a lot older than libs and tend to watch FNC almost exclusivey.. Look around you, a large percentage of conservatives don't have enough education to even know they are conservative. All they are sure of is they love the NRA and hate Obama. The first back man was elected to the highest office in the land, thanks to conseratives and thier out of touch with reality policys. You have no one to blame for our current situation but the whacko conserative arm of the repug party, thats YOU.
