Ramsey police seek assist from residents

Why doesn't the PD enforce traffic laws in this town - especially cell phone use while driving and failing to yield to pedestrans in crosswalks? It's run for your life here trying to dodge the cell phone airheads and inconsiderates who never allow people to cross. And our PD remains idle on these issues. Not so in other towns - only here.
