SPRINGDALE, Ark.-- Springdale police said three men were arrested and 210 pounds of marijuana are off the street after a drug bust.

Police said they discovered the crate full of marijuana, then detectives acted as delivery men to a home in the 2800 block of Kasey Avenue in Springdale.

Police said they arrested Adalberto Navarette, Jose Flores and a 17-year-old male when they took custody of the crate from officers. The three face charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

The 17-year-old was also charged with flight from an officer and resisting arrest.

Well Wyatt, the child molesters are investigated when reported. Do you know of some molestation that needs to be investigated? What are SPD NOT doing, Wyatt?

Meth labs are busted when found by SPD. The Springdale Police love to bust drug dealers, and drug makers.

Wyatt do you know where drug dealers are? What about drug makers? Have you reported them to the police?

Arkansasoriginal,, you are either a LEO, or a wannabe, both aren't cool for different reasons.
There are BAD cops, and GOOD cops, and a lot of AVERAGE cops, and a GOOD cop can become BAD, but I have never seen a BAD cop turn GOOD.
Springdale is no different than most other PD's, except that they cater to illegals in that they avoid confrontation to some degree, and that is due to FEDERAL pressure.
I hear so much BS about cops around here, like don't go thru Johnson, the cops are REAL bad, but I've driven thru there for 24 years and only got pulled over once.(I do tend to drive a little fast)

Im not a cop or detective. Would you like it if I dressed up as batman and went out everynight to peek in windows for drug dealers and child molesters?

I enjoy my life out in the woods away from all these malefactors. To hell with all of the. But really mirijuanna should be legalised. I dont smoke it but I think it ruins alot of young peoples lives to be arrested for it and get a felony on their record that prevents them from getting a decent job. its far more harmless than alchohol. I think they should leave it alone.

All the time they spent getting the paperwork and funds together for a raid could have been better spent paying DEA to go round up meth dealers or other miscreants.
