Bono Chief of Police Charged with Sexual Assault

Bono is still in shock after Police Chief Rick Duhon is arrested. Lips were sealed at the probable cause hearing for Chief Duhon.

The Craighead County District Attorney should also question the daughter of Duhons ex-wife, Sharon McGinnis. They all lived together in public housing in Bono. After an incident in the summer of 2004, the daughter, Sasha Hudson was expelled from the home and now is married to her step-brother.

I'm in law enforcement and am not only appalled at the crime, but after reading that the Chief of Police is paid $27,000 a year it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why they got what they did. I know clerks at Walmart that make more. If you want to recruit people with integrity and honesty, you have to be willing to pay them a FAIR salary.

And considering that the son is a grown man and was when his father remarried, and the last time I checked marrying your father's stepdaughter isnt a crime, I am still trying to figure out what you are insinuating was a crime? I was an acquaintence of Mr. Duhon and I believe that this incident did occur as we now know and I believe he has to ex wives with daughters who should be questioned in case of inappropriate behavior.

So many times in situations like this, do the public ever get the real story??? There is so much politics and bargining tools that when it comes down to it, the crooks (rather they are or not) are never really charged and punished for the actual crime they commit. Where was the parents of this child and why was she even allowed to be is a squad car? I think there is more than one person that needs to be punished here. I also think that the punishment ought to fit the actual crime that was committed.
