Dayton No. 65 for infrastructure jobs

The Dayton region employs 33,500 people in infrastructure jobs, ranking it No. 65 among the 100 largest metros, according to the Brookings Institution.
How many of these supposed and so-called jobs are real ones, not supported or maintained or paid for by government and taxes taken from real jobs and employees?
