Discusting that you think blowing the whistle on law breakers is anything like breaking the laws of the State.<quoted text>
I vote for some and against others; however I dont agree with making a major production out of something you could have handled in a better way and certainly less costly way. I am not here to support the trustees, i am simply trying to inject some common sense into something that sounds really stupid.
I will respect your opinion or anyones opinion if you feel that we should waste a quarter million dollars on a 50 cent violation of state statute.
Everyone makes mistakes; how about using some common sense and just saying it to them in a public meeting and allow them the chance to fix it instead of making a mountain our of a mole hill.
those involved in this have perpetrated a fraud against the residents of Clearcreek Twp. for financial gain and to further their own cause; whats the difference in what you are accusing the trustees of doing?
Ed Wade and Jason Gabbard should resign. Both of them were told multiple times by multiple people that they could not hold these secret meetings yet they chose to break the law. So are you so stupid as to say that after 30 years of being told to stop breaking the law that the person that finally brought this illegal behavior is a s guilty as the guys that did it? How stupid and you must be one or the other. WOW, I was right, you are entitled and think of yourself to be a King. Let me guess you voted for our tyrant of the United States-Osama?
Yes this illegal behavior is going to cost the township. I will suggest that it should cost Wade and Gabbard and Lamb personally. When the judgement is lodged they should fork up the money in damages personally. If they do not have the money they should resign immediately.
