In no part of this story does it state in any way what actions of Kasich had to do with any of these employment cuts.
I am not saying that something Kasich has done has had no effect but where does the content of this article endorse the headline?

The unions are responsible, why should public employees keep getting raises when the states was going belly up under strickland? At least Kasich got the budget under control thats way more then a dumbocrat is capable of.
