I am not a believer in unions, but this is exactly why there are unions because of the current environment. Try doing a study of Dayton and Cincinnati area teaching and Administration jobs and look at current salaries. This just might key in on the cost of good staff for our buildings. The thought is, the BOE and its followers want to chase away our current staff through bullying and harassment. Do the work and let ALL of us know what was found. Unfortunately, I think you will find Springboro is very competitive if not behind most areas for administrators and teaching positions.<quoted text>
Excuse Me... Please stop encouraging these schoolyard bullies to go after the voters! that's one skill in which our schoolyard bullies never neglect their development. If disgruntled school employees are unhappy with themselves working for our community members, then please, consider your options and opportunities to exercise your Right to Work elsewhere.
If our school staff is as great as these union activists rally them to be, then there should be great demands from other communities offering employment of such greatness.
Now re-evaluation of longevity and teacher evaluations are in the works . I believe most of us are in agreement that this should have been changed a long time ago.
Stop throwing stones and become optimistic that change is amidst us. Our teachers need support in the challenging jobs they do for our kids.
