Springboro School District Leaders ignore the Individual's Voice who cries out for liberty and justice for all; For S-U-R-E, Springboro School District Leaders only listen to the 400 or so Boro Alumni group (recently demanding cancellation of the Studies of Our Great Constitution that were scheduled in our taxpayer-funded public school facilities).

It would be of interest to know if public records requests can be made, and learn if
the 400 Boro Alumni that banded together to stop our schools from opening up to the
community (silencing our rights to free speech in our taxpayer-funded school facilities)
are among those Springboro Students records that school teacher Molly Wray illegally
used in violation of students privacy; for the purpose of promoting a political campaign for Ron Malone, David Stuckey, and Charles Anderson.

A bank account was maintained by Troy Holtrey, the former Springboro High School head basketball coach and former ATHLETIC DIRECTOR who operated the camp. Mr. Holtrey indicated that he had been operating camps for approximately 20 years. He believes he opened the account in 2004/05 per the request of the Superintendent. Prior to operating his own bank account the camps financial activity was accounted for by the Springboro Boosters. Mr. Holtrey indicated that after he had paid for all of the expenses (camp workers, t- shirts, basketballs, etc.) related to the camp, he considered any funds remaining from the fees he collected to be his stipend.
I suppose this means David Stuckey's 2013 campaign wet-dream of Troy Holtrey regaining the position of Springboro boy's varsity basketball coach is not likely to come to fruition.

No dodge, but Educate Springboro is not directly connected to the teachers, coaches, administrators, or Springboro Education Association union operatives, nor to any of the aforementioned's email lists.

But if you would care to offer your insights on the questions below, that would be helpful to the readership at large.

Regarding the sudden interest in developing plausible, but risible, defenses for the indefensible acts portrayed in the State Audit report from December 12, 2013 and Mr. Holtrey speaking with the Dayton Daily News April 13, 2013.

Community involvement? Call / email superintendent Petrey to ask him how that works. He may respond by saying the recent appointment of S. Bindeman (a habitually verbally abrasive individual) to the District Policy Committee is all about working to institute a higher threshold of "community involvement".

If "community involvement" is so important, why are Boro district administrators hell bent on spending $12,000 to hire an outside firm to come here and ask us what we want? Isn't better communication with the community part of the reason we take time out of our life to cast ballots to select what we individually believe to be the best board members? Isn't better communication with the community part of the reason there's an aduous screening process in place to hire the right people to be administrators in this, as well as other school districts? I suspect any one of Boro's administrators are capable of responsibly answering questions from members of this community... provided their professional opinions aren't effectively jaded by the everpresent influence of union-types in the OSBA and SEA.

This is just another instance proving to this community that our school administration has surrendered our children's minds to the indoctrination of the OEA/SEA union masters that a teacher in Springboro not only is expected to be a strong warrior for forced unionism; but the student is expected to yield individuality and self-identity to further promote forced unionism; even to the extend of violating the laws of privacy rights of the individual students.

It appears that Molly Wray has "stolen" the identity of Springboro students and used these to further promote the political campaign of electing school board members Ron Malone, David Stuckey, and Charles Anderson; and now our school administration will not hold this teacher, Molly Wray, accountable for that crime.

Until parents in this community unite themselves to the cause of taking back their child's minds from the indoctrination of forced unionism; and demand that our public schools support School Choice, allowing parents to spend their tax generated dollars on educating their children to "think for themselves" and not just to "think themselves" slaves to the
OEA/SEA union masters.

It appears to be a pattern of bad behavior among our Union Teachers and Union Firefighters in Springboro to go around "stealing" the ID of others in promotion of their favorite political candidate for Springboro School Board of Education, Ron Malone.

Wasn't CCFD union employee Veechi recently convicted of the same crime as Molly in violating private identity rights, when the CCFD union employee stole the name of our
former Board of Education President, posting on Topix favorable comments of Ron Malone's campaign for Springboro School Board Election?

The illegal and unethical actions of CCFD employee Veechi cost the Clearcreek Township taxpayers a big hunk of money paid to the lawyers; and the CCFD employee just got a slap on the wrist, secure in his Union Employment Protection Plan, just like Molly???

Fire official demoted for blog blunder
Posted: 10:59 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, DDN

An assistant fire chief in Clearcreek Twp. was demoted Tuesday as part of an agreement ending a police investigation prompted by a complaint by the local school board president about someone stealing her identity in an internet blog.

The Clearcreek Twp. trustees voted unanimously to demote Christopher Vecchi from assistant fire chief for a year in a “last chance agreement.” Vecchi agreed to use sick time and paid time off to compensate the township for his pay since being placed on paid leave on Aug. 16.

Vecchi was suspended after Kelly Kohls, president of the Springboro school board, filed a complaint with Clearcreek Twp. police on July 27 that someone had posed as her in an internet blog focused on Springboro school levy issues, according to a police report.

The blog post was made on July 27 in a discussion of the need for a school levy in Springboro. The board recently voted to seek renewal of a reduced levy for operating funds after months of heated community debate. District voters have rejected five consecutive levies for new operating funds.

Vecchi’s initial disciplinary notice stated that he was accused of identity fraud, a fifth degree felony. Vecchi’s paid leave became a suspension through Tuesday’s agreement. He must pass a fitness examination to return to work, according to the agreement.“Any future misconduct may result in discipline, up to and including his termination,” according to the agreement.

Would you feel the same if she used your email address or your kids email addresses to send unwanted solicitations? What if she had sent vote for "democrats"and you are a republican? Or used the illegally gotten emails to invite you or your kids to a "pure romance" party?

It doesn't matter how much your kids liked her, it matters that she violated the law when taking personal information from the school and used it for her own agenda. That is against the law and the school district is wrong to not report that violation to the prosecutor. Look at what happened to the Franklin Superintendent when he sent home a newsletter that included his own opinion. And he didn't steal email addresses.(He resigned)

Do you really want your kids taught by someone who has no qualms about stealing personal information for her own use? Is that who you think is great? Get your head out of the sand. Stealing is bad. Teaching kids while stealing personal information is worse.

Molly Wray may be rated excellent with distinction as an insanely popular union classroom teacher; but something here about Molly obviously stinks for S-U-R-E.

It is unfortunate, but you probably are in the majority. That does not mean that you are right, just that you line up like a good storm trooper and believe whatever you are told. You most likely voted for MSA because you do not understand how they will ruin the school district financially, until you or your spouse lose your job, or realize how high your taxes are and can't afford to pay them.

Most people in Springboro are too busy trying to keep up with the neighbors to have a clue about the real world. Most are living off the government working at Wright Pattern or for a contractor, helping to keep the military industrial complex going as their own personal cash cow.

Do you have a college education? A good job? Are you part of the blond, khaki wearing, Moms Club? You are in the majority then, the majority of short sighted, self-aggrandizing, not too bright Boro folks who think Malone is great.

The rest of the world is not like this majority of yours. Enjoy it while you can.

For S-U-R-E our district's leadership feels as though they have license, with their eyes
wide open, at the right point in time of MSA political campaign advantage to boldly and
arrogantly, release information protected under Ohio state law and the federal government's
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). That's illegal and just plain wrong behavior of the Springboro teacher, no matter how popular and accepting this illegal
behavior is to some of those down in the Boro.
