Contrary to your point of view, I saw it differently.

There was no Change, Because there was no Progress made in Putting Our Students First while maintaining fiscal integrity; What I saw was the Division between the School Community of Employees and the Community of School Taxpayers greatly broadened by Mr. Anderson and Mr. Malone, who voted the Board members representing the community as a whole out of elected office of President and Vice President, as the normal orderly process of transferring school board elected officials should be done, in order to meet the needs of ALL Constituents.

I don't know what you see as "Glorious" in a Three member panel of board members who are willing to represent only the 400 or so union member "Educators."
Our school staff simply cannot Vote themselves Increased Taxes at the polls; and the
direction that Mr. Anderson is headed is “no where but failure” IF he allows Mr. Malone and Mr. Stuckey to "push" him into promoting a New Tax Increase on the ballot for increased teacher wages and compensation/benefits.

I do join you in Thanking God for America, the land of the free and home of the brave; and the orderly transition of power, based on our free elections for the people, by the people, and of the people. I was expecting nothing less than the Professional Service of Respectful behavior, which was certainly delivered by our board members David Petroni and Jim Rigano.

Special Thanks are due to both Mr. Petroni and Mr. Rigano for Standing Up For Kids First, Standing with Springboro Families and Taxpaying Homeowners doing the Right Thing for our school children and community; even though doing the Right Thing, being Honest about what is needed through 2017, is not the Popular Thing with our Board members Mr. Anderson, Mr. Malone, Mr. Stuckey, and our 400 or so SEA school employees.

I do agree with you that this orderly transition of our locals school government's elected officials was a "Completely different vibe" from the election of board members David Petroni and Jim Rigano. There were no TV broadcasts of our public school board meetings during the time of Ron Malone's protest of Board authority to remove an under-performing high school principal out of his "comfort zone" (of low principles dumbing down our kids' curriculum) by providing opportunity for Mr. Malone to improve his skill set by accepting greater responsibility.(Did you ever read the letter of Professional recommendation of Mr. Malone's promotion to this great new job in District Office that was written by our board? Did you know that this job was such a great opportunity that Mr. Malone had second thoughts about what he had missed out on, and then Applied for the same job that he had thrown in the board members face, AFTER the job had already been filled?)

Yes, that's just another example of the stinking success of former princiPal Ron, who has now made good on his March 2012 promise of voting for revenge against our children first budget reform minded school board representatives.

By the way, Did YOU notice how RELAXED was the Presentation of our high school

What a "Gloriously Professional" presentation Compared to former principal,
Ron Malone, Program of Studies presented in 2012! we did not have TV broadcasts of board meetings then; There's NO way the community as a whole could know the True History of Ron's past failed practices NOR his 2012 Vote for Revenge against Springboro parent, Kelly Kohls,( the first parent to get "behind the scenes; questioning why Ron Malone, as SHS principal, was running our high school like a union shop.) It is quite noticeable to all that "same old stuff" keeps arguing "the SEA politics of personal destruction in their War of Words AGAINST Springboro Taxpayers, in their attempts to silence the voice of free speech of all Citizens who refuse to accept their indoctrination of forced unionism in our children's classrooms.

If you did not attend the January 9th meeting, please watch for the TV broadcast, and let us know what you think of "our first board meeting of 2014." (Mr. Thomas was one of the Springboro parents that commented on the students program of studies, which I did not think was "spouting and irrational banter." I really can't see WHY "same old stuff" same is on this blog appearing to gloat that "Sonny must have gotten the boot from Speedway" (especially since so many Springboro parents can't even afford to pay for their kid's activities fees; and our UNCARING SEA members still demanding give us "more money" or we will strike against your kids.)

Obviously, "same old stuff" has nothing else to do except continue bullying Springboro Taxpayers with this same old status quo "spouting and irrational banter."
Why is that?

Is the above quote describing Malone's status quo?
Let's see if we can find the answer in The True History of a Man Through Official Documents written by third party observers. CAUTION: It is NOT as Golden as you have been led to believe.

As the man who led our school district as high school principal for 13 years, Ron Malone held a special place of trust, authority, and influence in our community. How he chose to use those gifts is revealed in the public records reports of his professional peer reviewers, his superiors, and his own public pronouncements.

DECEMBER 2010 - Warren County Educational Service Center audit report on SHS program of studies RECOMMENDATIONS page 13:
"Increase the number of students taking the HIGH SCHOOLS THAT WORKS recommended curriculum/Ohio Core each year by at least 25 percent.
"Increase the percentage of students taking college preparatory courses. Eliminate any course offerings below the college preparatory level."

JANUARY 2012 - Superintendent Gene Lolli's annual performance evaluation of Mr. Malone notes:

"Mr. Malone does demonstrate the ability to affect change, but sometimes very reluctantly. It sometimes takes numerous requests by Superintendent before changes are implemented."

Mr. Malone needs to improve on getting request goals to the Superintendent in a timely fashion. Examples include: Requested schedule of events for delayed start at the beginning of the year, at semester, and last week and have not yet received. Also requested times and dates of all staff meetings and quarterly updates on the High Schools That Work per 2011-2012 job targets.

JANUARY 2013 - Warren County Educational Service Center audit report on SHS program of studies page 10:
"SHS still offers GENERAL LEVEL CLASSES (Algebra 1A and 1B, physical science, US History, and World History). Thus, not all students experience a college preparatory curriculum. Documents provided to the Technical Assistance Visiting (TAV Team indicate that contrary to the High Schools That Works philosophy, SHS believes that offering LOW-LEVEL COURSES is in the best interest of students. This belief, however, WAS NOT SUBSTANTIATED by research or data."
2013 US NEWS ranking of high schools in Ohio ranks King’s #23, Mason #35, Bellbrook#37, Brookville #41, Lebanon #48, Centerville #49, Waynesville #53, Monroe #90 and , and finally Springboro #97.
Given our district’s stated 40% gifted population, the fact that only 20% are on track to take A/P classes in high school, our district is severely underperforming compared to those districts around us in my opinion.
*Number of Dual College Credit Classes available when Mr. Malone
retired - 0
*Number of Dual College Credit classes added after Mr. Malone retired
June 30, 2013 - 6
Misallocation of district and taxpayer resources: 34 out of 77 elective classes at the high school had less than 20 students, more than a few had multiple classes.
IE: Children’s Literature, 2 classes – 27 total students, Entrepreneurship, 2 classes – 20 total students, etc.
My conclusion is that Mr. Malone ran this high school like a union shop, making up classes with scant demand to ensure employment for those whose skills were not in demand. This tactic robbed resources from areas of greater need in the district. Those who suffered the most were the gifted and those in need of early intervention.

Sorry to burst your bubble Sonny but I am a Kohls, Petroni, Rigano supporter and worked on both campaigns as well. Looks like you will have to come up with an intelligent tactic to respond to me other than accusing me of being a msa supporter. By the way I was at the board meeting and had a good conversation with Kelly. I just think you are an ass and have told her and others this.

I'm so in love with this post! You FINALLY have given up your delusions that Anderson is one of you. As I've said before, he will no doubt occasionally vote with the pizza guys, but for the most part he will not.(Hallelujah!) I'm so glad you finally get it! Yay you!
Oh, and we aren't stupid enough to buy your little attempt to make it sound like Malone turned down the job of a lifetime. It was the board's way of getting him out of the high school, and everyone knows it. One minute your side says he was incompetent and the next you say you wanted his expertise in central office. Can't have it both ways. We are onto you and your lies, so give it up!
Yo! Yah You There... Check out the public records proving that Ron Malone DID apply for the same job that he refused to accept (after the job was already filled). Records prove that Ron Malone was the one that wanted out of the high school. So Where's the Lie in that?

Point is that now Ron Malone is accountable to the taxpayers, as elected official whose authority can be protested AGAINST by taxpayers, just as Ron Malone protested against board authority to do their respective jobs.
Truth is, Ron Malone no longer has the luxury of thinking on of himself and "what's in it for me. Truth is, there's a lot more headaches in store for Malone as a board representative, than he ever presented to the board when he was just an under-performing principal; whose professional reputation was protected by board members, out of professional RESPECT;
even though Ron Malone offered NO respect to board members in return.

The more you protest you're not "stupid".... the more "stupid" your protest "lies."

Not to worry! Your "Change is HERE" posts are always great for the Laugh of the Day!

(Your laughable impression of Charles Anderson probably isn't very funny to him; since you portray him as some kind of "puppet" man with Malone and Stuckey on both sides pulling the strings both ways, to each one's advantage.... lol!)

Anderson is no puppet. He has a brain in his head, so he knows that many of the pizza guys' policies and methods SUCK. We look forward to him being his own person (unlike the pizza guys).
