Organizational meeting of our new school board members to be: Dr. Ron Malone, Dave Stuckey and Charles Anderson (owner of Anderson Funeral Homes)

HEAR YE! HEAR YE!

Please note: Status quo business as usual Organizational meeting to praise and worship our old has been high school principal, and his two handymen--one old has been a teacher/coach and one old has been a school board member.

Collection plates will be passed amongst all good men, women, and children to come to the aid of the SEA Teachers Victim Project; AND will be used for Brother Ron to re-emphasis the VALUE of the overly paid union teacher in every child's classroom.

Brother Ron pledges to match all monies collected by gaining control of children's Renewal Levy; thereby, returning our school tax dollars to the SEA treasure chest, where all community wealth rightfully belongs.

The state and Mr. Malone would have you believe everyone is doing wonderfully when you grade on a consistently downward sliding curve.

The reality is that when you apply the same standards Mr. Malone applied used to calculate PSEO student's GPA and class standings, we fail to pass muster.

What future is there for children who cannot do basic math?

Do we go back in time to celebrating this type of academic achievement or do we go forward and fix this?

Ohio Education Association Encourages Teachers to Indoctrinate Ohio’s Kids
Is it true that:
The Ohio Education Association (OEA) however, believes:

Teachers should carry their protest and advocacy into classrooms all over Ohio. The OEA also believes teachers should not only be members of a labor union, but also should indoctrinate our children on unionism.

As the OEA dictates to teachers in their monthly newsletter:

“It’s essential that they not only be teachers unionists but teachers of unionism. We need to create a generation of students who support teachers and the movements of teachers for their rights.” How about they focus on just teaching our kids the core skills they will need in math, reading, writing, and science?

How about they leave their political ideology and unionism out of the classroom? As the National Assessment of Educational Progress results show, more than half of America’s 8th graders fail basic civics tests. Clearly, our teachers have enough to do already.

The worst part of this indoctrinating dictate is that it involves a captive audience that lacks the knowledge and power to challenge what they are being brainwashed to believe. The OEA does not even attempt to be responsible about its desire to create a Union Youth –they encourage teachers to aim this message at children as young as the 4th grade.

The OEA approvingly recommends a website that “aims to inform children (grades 4-7) on current news and world events from a progressive perspective and to inspire a passion for social justice and learning.

This “progressive” website for 10 year olds contains links on the main page titled “Bush Wanted Abroad” and Global Warming Causes Snow.” The “Bush Wanted Abroad” article consists of this reporting gem:….. former George W. Bush canceled a trip to
Switzerland to avoid being arrested for human rights abuses. Bush admitted to allowing the torture of prisoners held by the United States. This is a violation of international law. There are now several countries in which Bush may be arrested if he enters them”
Nice objective “news” for a 10 year old to read, right???

Resource links for teachers include a link to “Radical Math.” As evident from the page below, the Radical Math website thinks that teaching math should be overtly political and teachers should include propaganda about social justice into math lessons. So, the days of trains leaving Chicago traveling 65 miles per hour are over. Our kids apparently will now do math problems about the death penalty, global warming, enhanced interrogation techniques, and the greedy rich.

The OE needs to keep its left-wing views outside of the classroom and its hands off our kids’ curriculum. This type of indoctrination isn’t a surprise coming from a group with a leader who once boldly admitted it was more concerned with getting more power than the best interest of our kids.-

With the Vote for Revenge against Springboro families now a Certified campaign of Malone-Stuckey-Anderson to gain control of our renewal tax dollars, people in this community should ask themselves: Of what value to our future is that BOE leadership? Why waste our money?

Kevyn Orr became emergency manager in March after the Detroit City Council, having accepted a 21-item consent decree stipulating reforms, ignored it.

How many items did the council fulfill?“Not one,” Orr says.

He is black, so some race-mongers of the sort who helped reduce Detroit to prostration now, with tedious predictability, call him an Uncle Tom. Orr calls himself a “yellow dog Democrat,” a Southern expression (although he has undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan, he is a native Floridian) for someone who would vote for a yellow dog if it were a Democratic candidate.

Orr is empowered to alter budgets and labor contracts and to sell city assets. The city council retains the power to complain.

In his five-month immersion in Detroit’s dysfunction, Orr has been startled by “the fact that people had gotten used to the city like this — people were tolerating the abnormal.” But Detroit’s decline began in the 1960s, well before the auto industry’s downward spiral (the United Auto Workers’ membership peaked in 1979). A half-century of the abnormal made it the norm.

Orr has found “bureaucracy on steroids”— for example,“more than two dozen layers of approval for planning and zoning.” Each layer was an opportunity for cronyism and corruption. And there was what he delicately calls “dissonance” in the political class’s thinking, which he compares to the Tulip Mania that gripped Holland in 1637. His explanation for the heedless, unsustainable pensions and other promises made to unionized city employees is:“IBG, YBG”— I’ll be gone and you’ll be gone when the reckoning arrives.

Orr’s negotiations with unions and others having been unfruitful, a bankruptcy judge will allocate pain. Especially deserving of it are Detroit’s enablers — the creditors who bought the city’s bonds assuming they would be paid first. But paid with what? Because the city is broke, they will be paid pennies on their dollars. Other cities will probably suffer from the malfeasance Wall Street encouraged in Detroit: The cost of municipal borrowing should increase when lenders add a new risk premium to the cost of credit.

Also facing a rendezvous with reality are former city employees, some of whom retired at 50 on pensions exempt from certain taxes. Government retirees have assumed that their benefits will be protected by Michigan’s constitution, which says pensions “shall not be diminished or impaired” by any Michigan government’s actions. But Chapter 9 of federal bankruptcy law says insolvent cities may restructure their obligations, and the U.S. Constitution makes any U.S. statute “the supreme law of the land.”

Until now, the long shriveling of private-sector unions has been somewhat offset by the unionization of government employees. But when these workers realize that their union dues (which help to elect compliant officials who dispense the wealth of third parties — taxpayers) do not buy inviolable protection from arithmetic, will they still pay them?

Orr is determined to find $1.25 billion to spend over a decade on restoring some semblance of public services. But $125 million a year will not go far in a city in which 40 percent of streetlights are out and the police department is so strapped its officers have no business cards to give citizens who might call for help — if the average time it takes the police to respond to 911 calls ever declines from the current 58 minutes.

Someday Orr will return to Washington, and Detroit’s political class will return to power. Then that class may discover that democracy is not as fun as it was before money, like the largess of lenders, disappeared.

The time has now come for all common sense parents in our school district who tend not to attend board meetings to spread the word to go the November polls and VOTE NO to renewal funding of Ron Malone status quo leadership in our schools.

Since the re-instate Ron Malone hostile takeover of SEA union activists/parents and their youth union group/ in the March 2012
protest against our 2011 school board election; Mr. Malone has mounted a Boro Alumni association of about 400 or so voters in our school district and has religiously fought against the will of the people in this district, as was shown by voters choice of children first board representatives, in opposition to Malone's Union First choice. As high school principal, Mr. Malone lured his youth unionism group of students and their parents to partner with community activists groups such as SURE and NFSS tax and spend lovers, to fight against Springboro families to gain power and control of our children's first budget and rally for more, more, more for the SEA school employees.
Even though our Children's First budget works in the best interest of our children's classroom education AND meeting the needs of our classroom teachers, Mr. Malone has set out to vote for revenge against our children first and gain control of the school board authority to demand NEW school levies be placed on the ballot to pay even more higher costs for union labor in our Springboro schools.
Springboro voters/taxpayers have done our homework diligently during the past five years; failing FIVE levies for NEW taxes
for the SEA employees; and won victories for our children first at the November polls during the past two school board elections.
We have all come a long way together, moving ahead of the status quo oppressive rule of the Baker/Lolli/Dettwiller/Long political persecution of our schools and community.
Now we stand at risk of losing it all with the certified school board campaign of Ron Malone/David Stuckey/Charles Anderson and the Springboro Education Association.
The bottom line is that Ron Malone/David Stuckey/Charles Anderson are running to gain control of the children's much needed Renewal Levy so that the levy money can be invested in more dollars for the SEA; and then the SEA will be right back into the OSBA
business as usual, promoting a continuous stream of new levies based on false budget crisis, holding parents hostage over things like busing, activities fees, building safety, and teachers walking out of our children's classrooms.
Remember in November that TIMES do not change from the old outdated 1983 collective bargaining rights of the SEA which ARE currently ALL wrong for our children's 21st century classroom education needs. TIMES do not change; PEOPLE change.
Ron Malone has refused to accept that people in political leadership MUST change bad circumstances; But, instead Ron Malone chooses vote for revenge to gain power and control to "re-instate" status quo bad business as usual.
What choice does this insanely popular with the Union leaders,
school board candidate Ron Malone, offer Springboro families except to just vote no more dough for Ron Malone status quo.
Why waste our money?

Excuse Me, we have over 40 churches in our area who are in the "volunteer business" of behavior modification, by opening their doors and inviting ALL ages to come on in and spend an hour
or so "searching your mind, heart and soul" asking yourself, Is there anything offensive in ME. Springboro families who are concerned about their neighbors well being support area churches with their voluntary tithes and offerings so that ALL may taught the Golden Rule "Treat others as you would like others to treat you." For the past five years I have witnessed professional educators (who are employed by Springboro families) engage themselves in the bad behavior practices of bullying Springboro families, intimidating and falsely accusing Springboro Parents, elected officials of the BOE; and these Professional educators AND parents, pushing our high school students publicly to ridicule, disrespect, interrogate, and challenge school authority.
And our Springboro Professional Educators and Springboro Parents/Community Leaders have applauded the student's lack of high regard for the "authority of the law."

Now, as a Waste Watcher of MY hard earned school tax dollars, I have NO children enrolled in the SEA indoctrinated classrooms; but contrary to our school principals who have repeatedly TOLD me that I have no business in their "school business" I strongly feel that it is MY business to OBJECT to paying Union labor costs to conduct this Pride Survey (which does stick its nose in the private behavior practices of Springboro families).

The bottom line is "this is just about as low as the Boro can go" in creating "class time busy work" to Increase the Money making opportunities during the children's classroom time. Perhaps you can tell Springboro taxpayers why we should pick up the cost of the school employees asking YOUR child how YOU "Feel" about drug and alcohol use, gambling, gun safety, bullying and on and on? lafe to l

There are Three links on the Introduction page of the Pride survey on our website www.springboroschools.org ---

This question is answered on the 2014 Pride Student Drug Use Survey information link:

WHAT HAVE OTHER DISTRICTS DONE WITH THEIR DATA?
Design prevention initatives for students; Partner with community organizations to allow for FUNDING related to substance abuse prevention; Inform parents and community members of drug trends and discuss solutions for use; Change policy in the community in regards to underage drinking; Work with law enforcement to conduct compliance checks; WORK WITH SCHOOL STAFF TO IMPLEMENT SCREENING< BRIEF INTERVENTION, AND REFERRAL TO TREATMENT (SBIRT) FOR ALL STUDENTS.

He did respond once at a board meeting saying he did not know anything about percentages he was assigning to PSEO grades. Which seemed odd considering that he had been doing the same thing for a number of years and he did it each time he presented the grading scale to parents every February when he hosted the PSEO program as required by law.

Other than that how could he have known? I am certain he was much too busy of a man to read the readily available information on the Ohio Department of Education website regarding these issues.

How could a man like Mr. Malone know what the definition of PROFICIENT was on all of the tests and results he administered over the 13 years he was principal?

Can one actually believe that Mr. Malone would knowingly mislead the community about the rigor of the education he was promoting?
