How in the world did you manage to drag the schools into this? My goodness. With all the school shootings and stabbings we have, we need every mental help therapist available to counsel these poor children. Kids today are such sad potatoheads. If i'm having trouble with sleep, what I usually do is drink chamomile before bed. Gets me relaxed enough to fall asleep. There are times when I do need extra help.
