Regarding the Dunn verdict in Florida:

I have no business commenting on this case, because I lack the facts and don't want to strain my brain with research that would hurt. However, since I have read Greg Gutfeld's good best-selling book, "The Joy of Hate", I can now relate to the predictable, usual, usable, typical, professional media outrage that is fake. Too many boohoo and do what they are supposed to do, whether or not they can civilly sue to prosecute and get some loot. I do not approve nor recognize these so-called hate and dislike thought crimes, no matter who bitches, cries or whines. With no legal way to rob with a government job, I will simply state, without prejudice or hate, it's none of my business and it ain't my job. I exist in Ohio, like ya know, where we don't media 'ho if we don't know. In every 12-hour Ohio CCW class, in every gun magazine, in every gun forum, on every gun-talk radio show: You are not legally allowed to shoot outside the car or the castle to defend property. If you shoot outside the castle, it is going to be a hassle. If you are far enough away to aim your gun, you are far enough away to run. Are you in a gunfight or a fun fight? Are you looking for an excuse to shoot?

This was a sad, tragic case. No question about that. Whether or not the teenagers actually had a shotgun, he had no business shooting at a fleaing vehicle.

However, I don't understand why so many people are upset about the verdict in the murder charge. He got convictions on the other charges, and from what I understand, he's getting what amounts to life without parole.

But yeah it's just a bad situation all around. Hopefully people will learn from it. I'm not advocating gun control or anything like that, don't get me wrong. I'm just saying that when something bad happens, learning from the situation is a very good thing.

Another lesson to be learned and added to gun articles, stories, studies, classes, lessons, tests and discussions...like all of those that have unfortunately been told and read but forgotten and ignored before...and will occasionally and rarely repeated again and again.

Michael Dunn and Zimmerman should have a boxing match
