Was reading Lamb's mailer last weekend. His first statement is a lie.."I have only missed 3 meetings in 23 years". He missed 5 meetings in his last year alone. and 23 years...between that and 30 plus years with Wade, who often is busy dodging lawsuits, why in the world do folks want these 2 clowns still in office ? VOTE for ANSPACH and Muterspaw.

A little known fact is that Lamb is a millionaire...an old lady who was his lawn cutting customer for years died, and left her estate to Lamb. We don't need millionaires deciding on how to spend our meager incomes.

I know for a FACT that Lamb TOOK that old ladies money, then went out and purchased 2 CORVETTES. What a maroon. Lamb was also found turning in his handguns to the Police Chief, fearing that he would do something STUPID. What a guy. His campaign manager, Ron Wilhelm (Assistant to Administrator Pickett), uses his days, on the taxpayers money, finding ways to elevate Lamb. It is time for all (WADE, PICKETT, LAMB, WILHELM) to leave office, and take that thing you call a fire chief with you. BTW, did you know that John Agenbroad is providing campaign funds to WADE and LAMB so he can keep his seat as mayor! Agenbroad's son is on the FD and is a backstabber as well. Looks like the apple does not fall far from the tree! Meanwhile, WADE is using taxpayer money to get him out of hot water since he was found guilty by the Ohio Supreme Court in violating the OPEN MEETINGS LAW. Now that is what I call a coward.

I hope that you understand that Vecchi has to undergo a FIT FOR DUTY evaluation by a psychiatrist before returning back to duty. OMG, what kind of people is WADE, LAMB, PICKETT, WILHELM, and KIDD promoting? Must be self-serving!

Fire official demoted for blog blunder
Posted: 10:59 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, DDN

An assistant fire chief in Clearcreek Twp. was demoted Tuesday as part of an agreement ending a police investigation prompted by a complaint by the local school board president about someone stealing her identity in an internet blog.

The Clearcreek Twp. trustees voted unanimously to demote Christopher Vecchi from assistant fire chief for a year in a “last chance agreement.” Vecchi agreed to use sick time and paid time off to compensate the township for his pay since being placed on paid leave on Aug. 16.

Vecchi was suspended after Kelly Kohls, president of the Springboro school board, filed a complaint with Clearcreek Twp. police on July 27 that someone had posed as her in an internet blog focused on Springboro school levy issues, according to a police report.

The blog post was made on July 27 in a discussion of the need for a school levy in Springboro. The board recently voted to seek renewal of a reduced levy for operating funds after months of heated community debate. District voters have rejected five consecutive levies for new operating funds.

Vecchi’s initial disciplinary notice stated that he was accused of identity fraud, a fifth degree felony. Vecchi’s paid leave became a suspension through Tuesday’s agreement. He must pass a fitness examination to return to work, according to the agreement.“Any future misconduct may result in discipline, up to and including his termination,” according to the agreement.

Enough already wrote:

Did you know he was demoted? Ya, and he still makes his full $80,000 salary though. So guilty enough to get demoted, not guilty enough to lose a job or get charged with the crime. So demotion does not come with a pay demotion. Who is protecting who here? Is anyone protecting the taxpayers? NO, They have been overtaxing taxpayers for years that is how they have an enormous treasure chest of funds and property. When is enough enough? Vote them out.

OK, that is the last straw. We ALL need to go to the next Trustees meeting and DEMAND that a demotion in rank comes with a demotion in PAY. Vecchi placed himself in this mess -- along with his friends (WADE, WILHELM, PICKETT, LAMB, AGENBRROAD -- both the MAYOR and his SON who works at the FD) What a group of interesting people.

It is so typical that Wade's goons, probably those in the police dept as well as fire dept have extra activities during every election cycle after dark. The township leadership is so corrupt, the state ought to declare marshall law in clearcreek township.

It's a shame that so much power is in the hands of so few in the Springboro community, because those in power are corrupt. And most folks around here don't care...it's true, people get the government they deserve..just look at who is doing such a "great job" in the White House.

Remember, citizens who live IN SPRINGBORO, you can vote for Clearcreek Township TRUSTEE as well!

Let us look at the record on LAMB & WADE:

They allowed the fire chief to place a 4.5 mil levy to the voters of Springboro and Clearcreek Township – this with a reserve of seven million dollars in the bank.

Over the past few years, Clearcreek Township has made the headlines, and not in a positive manner.

Issues of WADE selling insurance to the township employees,(an OHIO ETHICS VIOLATION) and pocketed 1.2 million dollars over the deal.

WADE purchasing property with TAXPAYERS money for a new park,(On Red Lion 5 Points Rd) while lining his friends pocket with over a million dollars of TAXPAYERS money and not completing the Patricia Allen Park

WADE & LAMB FIRED Police Chief Herdt for NOT firing a police officer -- who did NOTHING WRONG -- so they FIRED CHIEF HERDT

FIRED another police officer for following orders and the trustees paying over $90,000 for their defense to fire him.

Allowing failed policies in the fire department and even closing a fire station for NO GOOD REASON

WATCH the CLEARCREEK FIREFIGHTERS PLAY with your tax dollars and SAFETY equipment on this youtube link: http://youtu.be/Zkpws1KUusA

Allowing an assistant fire chief accused of identity theft,(A FELONY) to KEEP HIS JOB!

NOW WADE & LAMB are being charged with violating the Ohio Open Public Meeting act, which they currently have to defend with TAXPAYERS funds. Court date of late November 2013 -- after the election. This suit was supported by the OTHER trustees and WADE & LAMB still deny this. If this is the case, then WHY did the appeal judge find CAUSE for this lawsuit to move forward?

WADE & LAMB have been trustees for over 30 years! PLUS, they get paid over $25,000.00 a year!

So, now that you know the TRUTH, isn't it time to RETIRE WADE & LAMB?

Newcomer, three veterans run for two Clearcreek Twp. trustee seats
A political newcomer and three veteran trustees are running for two of three seats on the Clearcreek Twp. board of trustees in the Nov. 5 election.

Steve Muterspaw, a businessman and former teacher, is in his first political campaign, against Dale Lamb — a former long-time trustee — and incumbent trustees Cathy Anspach and Ed Wade.

If re-elected, Wade, who operates a local insurance agency, would serve his 10th term on the board. Lamb, a trustee for 23 years who did not seek re-election two years ago, is running for what would be his sixth term.

Calling for change, Anspach and Muterspaw have made this a key issue in their campaigns.

“People have been in there for a lot of years,” Muterspaw said.“You need fresh perspectives.”

Elected four years ago, Anspach said,“It’s time to let somebody else take over the reins.”

Muterspaw is endorsed by the Conservative Republican Leadership Council. He pledged to bring fiscal conservatism to the board of trustees.

“I want to stop unnecessary spending,” he said.

In July, the trustees postponed plans to seek a continuing 4.5 mill property tax levy expected to raise an additional $4.4 million a year for fire district expenses in the upcoming election.

Voters rejected the issue in May, prompting staff cuts for the district, which handles ambulance and fire protection in Springboro and the township. The trustees then agreed to dip into more than $10 million in reserve funds to staff the department’s three stations- at least temporarily.

“They can operate on the budget they have,” Anspach said.“I believe our wants far outweigh our needs.”

In addition, Lamb and Wade both maintain they have followed open meetings law despite claims in a lawsuit still pending in Warren County Common Pleas Court that they met with Administrator Dennis Pickett before going into regular session before Lamb left office in 2011.

Muterspaw and Anspach, who is siding with the plaintiffs in the public meetings lawsuit, both pledged to work for transparency.
In addition to legal costs, Muterspaw said the lawsuit leaves residents with a lack of assurance that their local government was acting in their best interests.

“Our taxpayers deserve to have the assurance that the business of the township is for the benefit of the citizens, not the trustees themselves and their friends,” he said in a Voters Guide response.
