Just because Kasick expected that local homeowners could be bullied into voting oursevles increased taxes on our homes to build bigger local government, doesn't have anything to do with homeowners having enough common senses to Just Say No in May to our local government and Just Say YES to our local government cutting expenses and getting down to the hard work of living within our means.
The record shows that Ka-SICK is cutting local funding left and right. This has caused local governments to make drastic cuts to their already skim budgets. It's sickening!

No need trying to shift the responsibility of our local government to CUT EXPENSES instead of INCREASING TAXES to the state....
We only have opportunity to Vote No Tax Increases on our local homes on May 7....bringing Kasick's failures or not into this local issue of Voting No New Taxes is just another effort of the pro-levy lovers to distract from the local government's responsibility to cut expenses instead of asking for Tax Increases.

BTW -- Doesn't the state budget include tax increases on all consumer-based services, including everything from taxes on hair cuts to taxes on funeral services. Instead of increasing payroll taxes on Ohio workers, isn't the Kasick plan to TAX everything we consumers spend money on to increase State revenue...?

It is also sickening that liberals, democrats, non-profits organizational leaders, and republicans (trying to act more like democrats so they can be re-elected) have now badgered Kasick into including in proposed Budget the expansion of obama-don't-care Medicaid expansion big funding, which will cost Ohioans BIG BUCKS to pay for AFTER the federal government funding bails out on its financial responsibility to our State.

Contact your state representatives to tell them to STOP the spending and STOP indebting Ohioans to big federal government entitlement programs. Tell Kasick No New Taxes...
and on May 7 we can go to the polls and tell our Local Towsnhip Government leaders NO NEW TAXES.
We cannot allow ourselves to be indebted further to local government services.
Vote No on May 7.

RIGHT ON!!

Tell Ka-SICK he won't be welcome in Ohio much longer!!

Finally, some common ground we can agree on.

He's cut local funds to build the state coffers, and tried to balance his budget on the backs of the public employees. No more!

Vote YES on ISSUE 3 to support local services that have fallen victim to the governor's political agendas.

There is NO CUT to local funding! The federal stimulus money (kicking the can down the road and temporarily relieving Local governments of their RESPONSIBILITY to CUT LOCAL EXPENSES to live within the means of their own local resources) WAS expired;
And with the intention of the local governments to badger local taxpaying homeowners to vote for increased taxes so that the local government would have another EASY FIX and just keep kicking the can down the road toward higher and higher local taxes on family homes; It's NOW time for Clearcreek Township Government Leaders to stop blaming the state and federal governments for failed practices; And Time to Cut Expenses and STOP trying to "balance the local government budget ON THE BACKS OF TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY
local homeowners.
VOTE NO TO THE MAY 7 PROPOSED TAX INCREASE ON OUR FAMILY HOMES:
AND TELL MR. PICKETT AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT LEADERS TO START SUPPORTING OUR FD EMPLOYEES BY CUTTING EXPENSES.

Concerned Citizens can contact State Representatives and ask them to reject ObamaCare's Medicaid expansion in Ohio.

This expansion will lock a million more OHIOANS into a low-quality, government-managed health care system. Expanding medicaid will make Ohio reliant on billions of dollars in extra money from the Federal government each year, even as they accumulate trillions in debt and become unable to pay the bills they already have.

When the federal government can't pay up, it is the hard-working Ohio Family that will get forced into paying the bill for generations to come.
Not to mention the hundreds of millions of dollars in increased annual costs we already know we can expect at the state level. Medicaid expansion is a bab deal for Ohio. Don't fall for Obama's bribes.
Stand strong and protect the financial future of
the Ohio Family and Our State. Reject Medicaid expansion for Ohio.

Just Go Ahead and Give it Your Best Severely Misguided Unionman Argument; Voters Standing on Strong Principles of NO NEW TAXES may wobble with your hot air of huffing and puffing, but WE WON'T BACK DOWN. Still Standing...still promoting NO TAX INCREASE ON OUR HOMES. Vote No on ALL issues on the 2013 ballots to TAX INCREASES on our homes.

Vote No New Taxes on Our Family Homes in May!
Saying NO to increased taxes in May allows our township government leaders opportunity to cut expenses first.

VOTE YES on 3!
Caring for your community and fellow man...? By Increasing Taxes?
Township already nets third in collection of taxes among the eleven townships in Warren County...
What's WRONG with the the township leaders cutting expenses to show caring for community and fellow man?...
Perhaps our government leaders need more CARING instead of more money?..

The record shows that our local government has cut spending significantly. The governor has already cut the local share funds by 40% in his term. They've made up for 3 years of that with no new local money. Where, specifically, do you suggest they cut?

Hmmm.....why is no one on here talking about the Dayton Daily News article from Sunday that lists the tax burden for at least 40 local jurisdictions? Taxes too high here as every CLAIMS? Think again. As compared to our neighbors both north and south, Clearcreek and Springboro have one of the lowest tax burdens around. And yes, some are lower. Not many - and the higher taxes paid are $40-$50 a year. Not the hundreds and thousands that people CLAIM. Sorry, I forgot - facts don't play well here....

Start with cutting pickett's salary. Then stop having fire dept mgmt driving around fire dept vehicles on their own time, all the while having the township pay for the gas used. Freeze wage increases, for afterall, this levy is about pay increases to the fire dept, according to one of Wade's pal, Lamb.

The Way I See It -- After reviewing the Public Records of the Clearcreek Township Permanent Appropriations --
truth be told ......

With a projected budget of 6.4 million dollars for 2013, and 4.6 million being paid out to wages, salaries and benefits; and
With less than 2 million spent on vehicles, repairs and maintenance, utilities and liability insurance...
the way I see it, with just a little bit of "township belt-tightening" ...we have all the money we need in the township to carry on business as usual, maintaining excellent services of our hard working public safety workers, keeping our families safe and taxes on our family homes affordable for all!

Now for all you lovers of "facts for increased taxes" please take time to check with the Warren County Auditors Office; and isn't it the truth that Township government will receive over 5 million dollars for the fire district?.... and a carryover of over 6 million in the same fire district fund??

Now it doesn't take the expertise of a rocket scientist to add that up to $11 million dollars for the Fire Department.
And as a township voter and taxpaying homeowner, I do not need nor want ANOTHER collective tax burden being placed by our local government upon my salary, my home, and my family... by the vote of only TWO township trustees promoting unnecessary (and unwanted) increased taxes.

Just Think Smart! Vote Smart!
Say No to Increased Taxes on our homes!

Call Lamb and ask him yourself and why is it crap when anyone else disagrees with you...but when you spout your propaganda, we are to believe it like it came from THE burning bush. Can't have it both ways, AKA public record. Get your head out of your ***.
