Now about the $29.54 an hour. You know what the great thing about working on a salary is? Overtime is free! I've never met a teacher who simply works while at school during the school day. Also, it's common place that when a teacher talks about what it takes to be a teacher you all tell them that's what they chose to be so quit complaining that it's a lot of work. It's as two-way street. You chose not to be a teacher so quit complaining on how easy you think it is to be a teacher.
I've never said teachers were underpaid, but they're by no meals overpaid. What do you think they're worth?
