Some people who own homes in the Springs seem to have been given an impression the relocation of St. Mary's to Settlers Walk would be end-all to their community's fundamental development problems...Guess again! There's absolutely no possible way St. Mary's Catholic Church in Franklin has grown from 300 to 800 families during the last 7 years.
What's the real reasoning behind this parish's decision to move to N. Springboro's Yankee St?
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
These days downtown Franklin looks something like 1946 Hiroshima. It's time to rip out those century-old pews and place them in a newer more comfortable locale that's more likely to sustain growth.
It's a cryin' shame key leaders have continued to lack fortitude and courage in not communicating accurate data and information to the parishoners of St. Marys Catholic Church, Franklin OH.
