why are the employees in Rome held to different standards than other directorates. the employees at Rome are less qualified than other directorates but get promoted to higher grades. the STs and 15s in Rome never worked anywhere else and refise to sign mobility agreements.

Yeah, like these Pentagon porkers can be fired before they retire? If they can do such genius jobs, they ought to get real ones in the private sector.

At Rome Labs its not what you know, its who you blow to get ahead. Once you get promoted to management your in the same job until you retire. so essentially AFRL is like the supreme court. ;)

they are, there all going to work for a local contractor they awarded contracts to. the chief scientist, and senior 15's all work there

Rome labs has Gs 15 s in charge who never left the Rome area in their entire career these are people in there early forties with no real world experience or joint duty
unfortunately they will be in these positions for the next 20 years further destroying the product tivity of the lab.
move Rome lab back to Dayton Ohio with AFRL headquarters where it belongs
