New square is a community of good and generous people. In the last few years it was taken over by extremists, and unfortunately the extremists are in control of the shul and the school system. In the last few years they began imposing their rules on the public, like changing the dress code of woman and much more.
To be able to impose their sick minded agenda on the general public they open a terror campaign against those who disapprove of their extremist takeover. They are terrorized everyone who stood in their way, They slashed tires, they broke windows from cars, they burned cars, they put sugar in gas tanks, and they unloading buckets of paint and garbage on cars. They even went so far as spraying on someone's store for sale because he didn’t follow their twisted mind. But they didn't stop there the leadership wasn't ashamed to officially terrorize people in broad daylight the following are some incidents.
Extortion: like demanding from someone, who disobeyed one if their many radical rules, that he shall pay them $1800 or else they wouldn’t not let him give a name for his daughter in the only synagogue in the village. Needless to say he wrote them a check, but on an advice of a lawyer he canceled the check, but these people with no decency went after his job trying to get his paycheck from his boss. what a shame!
One of the other ways to impose their regime was by threatening and actually kicking out kids of their school system. Like this recent story:
this past Chanukah someone got an official letter from the community leaders claiming his wife's clothing doesn't comply with their dress code, and if she doesn't buy new clothing according to their rules, his kids will be thrown out from the school. He will have to move out of new square if he wants to have a school for his children. Finally after a few meetings with them they agreed to keep his children in school only if his wife will agree that from this day on she will only go shopping with someone they approve, to make sure she only buys clothing according to the rules. Those are only an example of tense of similar stories like this.
The question everyone is asking what happen this Sunday?
A 50 year old community member, whom they had resented long before for going for spiritual advice to a Rabbi in Monsey, was involved in a small confrontation with their wingmen. This gave them a reason to come with a mob of about 40 people who came in middle of the night, when kids are already asleep, chanting for this guy to move out. They try to bully him out, but the people of new square counter protested, and yelled on them repeatedly “stop the terror now!!!”
Quickly a large group of a few hundred people gathered a lot of them opposing the protesters, mostly the woman who, who tired of being down trodden, gathered some of them yelled on the extremist others were just excited that someone is finally standing up for their rights. The protest ended peacefully thanks to the crowd who ignored the oranges thrown by the extremist. The crowd dispersed after police officers from the surrounding towns arrived.
